My family began working with Homewatch in 2021. We had a aide for my Grandfather who at the time was 85 years old. He lived alone and we needed someone to come in and help with daily tasks such a light housekeeping and grooming. The aide at the time was friendly, dependable and truly cared. After a few years she left the company and the opportunity for me to work with Homewatch and become my Grandfather's aid was presented. I have now been his aide for about 2 years. Being able to take care of my Grandfather while working with the company has been great. The office staff is always available and there to support. So far my experience as both a client (as my Grandfather's POA/caregiver) and a employee has been a good experience. I would recommend Homewatch to anyone I know. We use the Beachwood, Ohio office.

I was very pleased with the service that my mother received from Homewatch Caregivers. The caregiver was supportive, responsive, respectful and caring. We had to arrange for care at the last minute and Eric Malkin made the process easy and pain free. I really appreciated his knowledge and patience.

We have worked with Homewatch for over 5 years with support for mom. We've only needed a few days per week, just a few hours per day. But last month, we needed 24x7 support coming out of hospital / rehab. The timing got crunched and Rosie was able to assemble coverage in a flash. They were great. Mom felt secure and so did we. Caregivers: Professional introduction from the appointment verification phone call and professional care given, from the beginning of visit to the scheduled service end time. What we needed, what I & my loved one was needing, looking for, we received and... we're thankful.

Rosey was very professional and very knowledgeable. She provided excellent information that we needed to help with caring for my Mom.
