This review is unsolicited. HomeWatch Caregivers of Southwest Denver is an incredible organization. We have been using them to take care of my 99 yo father-in-law since January 2026 so he can remain in his home. The office staff is incredible. Fast response, dealing with changing schedules has been easy. Always someone to talk to. Even on weekends. The caregivers are absolute gems. All of them are adored by my father-in-law. They take care of everything for him - with smiles and encouragement. He looks forward to all of them coming in. He is a three war veteran - WWII, Korea and Vietnam. We brought him home from the nursing home in January 2026. He was weak, had to walk with a walker, wasn't kept very clean and poor nutrition. They have done exercises with him, feed him incredible meals and spend time with him. His house is clean, he is clean. They even play chess with him! He is safe, happy and well cared for. We are notified immediately of any concerns. He now walks with only a cane. He gets stronger every day. The family and I think of the caregivers and office staff like family. We are blessed to have been referred to Homewatch Caregivers of Southwest Denver.

My best friend made me her POA/Fiduciary and entrusted me to watch over her shortly before she was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's at 57 years old. We were both in shock, both cried and knew one day it was going to be a difficult journey we were going to travel. She made me promise to keep her in her own home as long as possible; and I did. BUT - I could have never ever been able to keep my promise to her if it were not for the outstanding caregivers of Homewatch - more specifically, Linda, Vera and Mary. The team showed kindness and care while preserving her dignity. And, when it was time that my friend could no longer live alone in safety, they were honest and told me it was time, rather than bilk her for more money. And the assistance didn't stop with just helping my friend, they listened to me cry, they explained this disease, they helped me be strong in front of my friend when I just wanted to breakdown and cry. I can go on and on about these three ladies. But I will close with this - not everyone or everything can be perfect, but they do their best to make certain your loved one is thier first last and only priorty when in their care, custody and control. Thank you Homewatch. And may God Bless you.

Maria aligned my 24 hour service request, a post operation requirement, with short notice and with efficiency. She was able to meet with me on the day after I called, we reviewed and agreed on the proper plan and cost for coverage. Her team was on time, knowledgeable and worked at every juncture to help me out. I can't thank/recommend them enough.

Our experience with Homewatch CareGivers was relatively brief, but they provided an incredible service at a time of crisis, and I am so very grateful for them. My dad was the primary caregiver for my mom with dementia for the better part of a decade until he was diagnosed with liver cancer in June of 2026, and things went downhill very quickly. We found Homewatch Caregivers via A Place for Mom, and throughout the 3 weeks that we used them, they were incredibly responsive, compassionate, and there for us. We wanted to start 24/7 care the evening of the day we called them, and they had a caregiver there that night as promised. Every one of the caregivers who ended up interacting with my parents for those 3 weeks was such a breath of fresh air. I cannot thank them enough for their attentiveness and patience, particularly with my mom. I especially want to shout out Dorothy, who was the primary caregiver assigned to my parents and who truly went above and beyond, especially on the very last day of service, staying with her much longer than initially agreed on and just reacting to everything with calm dignity. Because of the extreme circumstances of my dad's failing health, we were only with Homewatch Caregivers for 3 weeks because we moved them into an assisted living facility where they (at the very least) wouldn't have to navigate stairs and the inherent fall risk anymore. If not for that, we likely would still be using them. I highly recommend for anyone looking for attentive, compassionate care for their loved ones, especially with memory care issues.

Our experience was watching my father. They sent out good people that were knowledgeable and willing to do the extra things to provide good service. I do recommend reading the contract. So you understand because businesses have things and rules and they have to follow them. Especially in the healthcare industry. They absolutely did Their job with a smile took great care of my dad showed up on time and stayed until we did not need them. I would highly recommend them for a family member again. A++
