Homewatch CareGivers of Boulderr has been serving the Boulder community since 1994. It all began with Julie Heidemann, a caregiver first and foremost, who started out doing everything herself and built our company into a thriving group of over 80 caregivers. Our Boulder caregiver agency is run with one goal in mind: to help people maintain their independence and quality of life. Our excellent management staff and amazing caregivers all work towards that goal with the best quality of elder care and support you can find in Colorado.
Providing senior care for nearly twenty years, we have the experience and insight to hire the best caregivers, anticipate client needs and offer amazing support and quality standards to each and every one of our clients. We offer a wide variety of home care services--anything from weekly grocery shopping, transportation to adult day care, and light housekeeping, to fully hands-on personal care, incontinence care, and protective oversight in dementia or hospice situations.
Our Quality Assurance Director, Andrea, brings more than ten years of experience with seniors, in hospital settings, in-home care and home health care. She trains and supervises our caregivers, performs our free consultation visits, and oversees our Care Managers who perform free monthly quality assurance visits.
Human Resources Manager Traci Wilson, with the company for six years plus, administers the benefits that we offer to our caregivers, which helps keep our valued employees happy and long-term. She is also the one our clients talk with about their invoicing questions and Long Term Care Insurance claims.
Newer to our family is Brent Schroeder, Marketing/Office Coordinator, who juggles our caregivers' schedules--striving for a perfect match for each and every client. He's also out in the community forming new relationships with providers in our area as well as people who may need our help!
24 hours a day, 365 days a year you can reach a member of our excellent management team, all of whom have been with the company long-term and have both the compassion and experience to support you and your loved ones. Unlike many other in home care companies, we're available any time of day to help with urgent situations as well as initiate care after-hours if needed. We provide a comprehensive care plan for every client, focus on excellent caregiver to client matching, and offer flexibility in schedule and services.
