Howewatch Caregivers have done a great job at augmenting the care for my mother at her independent living facility. They have been very responsive and checked in with us right away if they observe anything that needs attention. The ability to scale up and down the level of care we needs will be instrumental in helping my mother stay independent for longer.

We've been so pleased with the care and attention we've received from Homewatch Care Givers of Cary. It's hard to juggle all the pieces in taking care of an elderly parent. Our caregivers have eased our minds, knowing that they are being attended to as needed. The level of care is evaluated as needs change. It's been a very positive experience and a load of stress off our everyday activities.
I cannot express enough thanks to this organization for a simple 15 minute visit with my mother twice a day to remind her to take her medications, help with her hearing aids, help with the television and just a brief social visit. This service helps to keep my mother independent and I am happy that someone has "eyes" on her twice a day.
HomeWatch provided quality care for my mother and was available to discuss concerns, and responsive to communications. Home watch also made bespoke assignments to ensure a good fit between my mom and the caregiver. I recommend this service.

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and responsive and the caregivers are so kind and helpful.
Although my mom has only used the service for 6 weeks, I am pleased with it. They help her with her meds and check her blood pressure every day. I am especially pleased with the nurses who follow up on any questions or concerns I may have.
The folks we worked with at Homewatch CareGivers were AMAZING! My mother was very near the end of her life, so it was a difficult period for sure. Shonda listened to me, heard my concerns, and provided a wonderful solution, in the person of our care giver, Mam. Mam was gentle, sweet, kind, caring and knowledgable. She put my mom at ease almost immediately, and was instrumental in my mother's care for the last week and a half of her life. In addition, they did what they said, they were always on time, they followed up and followed through, all the signs of any quality business. While I was not able to meet Stephanie, the owner, I have heard nothing but wonderful things about her; and, given the quality of her team, it is evident that the empathy flows from the top. Even though we only worked with Homewatch CareGivers for a few weeks due to my mom's passing, I would HIGHLY recommend them for both short and long term care of your loved ones. They were fantastic.
