I’ve been incredibly happy with the service from my caregivers. I need assistance with showering, and they’ve made the process so much smoother and safer. They transfer me from my power chair to the shower, help with bathing, and assist with dressing. What used to take an hour and a half now takes just 30 to 45 minutes—and the risk of injury has dropped dramatically. I would 100% recommend this service to anyone who’s struggling with mobility or looking for dependable, compassionate help.

Jackie is a Very nice caregiver. Good personality, gentle and kind. Works to find the best way possible to help my husband with his showering. Appreciate that Homewatch does not require a 4 hour minimum. My husband only needs help with showering I am able to handle everything else.
Allison & Deanna were both very caring & passionate with Dad's care. They both took the initiative to do housework while others did not. Both ladies deserve a pay raise for the care they gave Dad. Your Company does not want to lose these exceptional caregivers. Dropping the 4 hour minimum should be able to be dropped without the rate increase. I'm prior military, now retired, so I have high standards ...all your care givers are supportive, positive, hard working and friendly. My husband John really loves the care he receives from his caregiver Jan...she goes to great lengths to keep him comfortable and happy. Jan is a very detailed care giver who knows her job and does it very well!!! Please don't change her we are very flexible with hours knowing she has had some recent family issues, we want to keep her for as long as possible
We really enjoyed having Tanya as our primary care giver. Sad to leave the service but she was with us at crucial time of mine and dad's needs. She's always prompt arriving and thorough with all her given duties. She deserves to be in new positions I would hope you can accommodate. Thanks so much to her and entire staff.!

My family was so fortunate to find Homewatch Caregivers of Crystal Lake, IL. We previously had some difficulties with a different caregiving agency. With Homewatch, we had the very best caregivers, as well as truly excellent service from their Crystal Lake office, particularly from Carrie Raz. The caregivers from Homewatch went over and above, not only in excellent and competent care for Dad, but also as kind and friendly companions to him. Everything Dad needed, his caregivers were there for. They had compassion, integrity, knowledge, willingness and the resourcefulness to deal with any difficulties that might arise. The office staff was also great to work with in every way. Dad presented a few difficulties, and Homewatch management put in extra effort to work around problems. His caregivers watched out for Dad’s safety and needs, but didn’t smother him. They encouraged independence while always being there for him. They were the best in every way. As I live a distance away, I would stay at Dad’s house when I visited. I had the opportunity to get to know his caregivers and also to see their day-to-day interactions with Dad. They were always wonderful with him. We were so lucky to have such great care for Dad. A million thanks to Homewatch, their entire staff, and especially his wonderful caregivers, Raphael and Sergio.
I have had a very good experience with Home Watch Caregivers. My caregiver is Susie and she has done an excellent job. She does all of the regular services completely and goes out of her way to do the extras without being asked. I know she genuinely likes helping people. She always brings a positive upbeat attitude with her.
Everyone from the office staff to Marie and Deanna that came to help me were above and beyond wonderful!

My 102 yr old dad has used it 3 times. I believe it’s saved his life twice. Very reasonably priced but how can you give a value to my dad‘s life?
