Yes I am appreciative to my helper my caretaker he's done a good job she's on time and she works very hard and it's a nice person

The caregiver that I currently have from HomeWatch Caregivers is doing a fabulous job. She has some much passion for her work and does a great job taking care of my dad. She is truly a blessing.

As soon as they received my information from the VA, they called and set up their assessment of my needs and the assigned caregiver were highly effective in addressing my daily and evening needs/requirements. I am completely comfortable with my assigned amazing caregivers/aids. CeReya, who demonstrates kindness, consideration, helpfulness, and engaging conversational skills, including the ability to provide a listening ear when needed. My mother receives 50 hours of caregiving services each week. Our experience with other companies left a lot to be desired, with the biggest issue being inconsistent coverage of the hours she needed care. Other companies struggled to find a steady caregiver available for 40 hours during the work week and failed to notify us on days without coverage, resulting in her being left alone unexpectedly. We switched to Home Watch in February and are very pleased with their services. My mother now has a consistent caregiver each weekday and another caregiver for the weekends. The company worked closely with us to develop a comprehensive list of my mother’s needs, then matched her with caregivers that could meet those needs. The caregivers have been kind, compassionate, and proactive about anticipating her needs. With previous companies she had to ask the workers every time she had a need, even daily tasks like preparing her meals or reminding her to take her medication. As a memory-impaired person, my mother struggled to remember many important tasks and, as such, forgot to ask for help. As a consequence she was missing meals, medication, and important medical appointments. The caregivers at Home Watch are wonderful and completely changed this paradigm. Now her caretakers go over her schedule daily, anticipate her needs, and ensure that she is able to live a more full life. We are very grateful to Home Watch for providing such wonderful, reliable care.

The nurse assigned to me is a good cook she helps with cleaning and laundry the company is very good help with their staff

Thank you for allowing me to express my appreciation for my Caregiver. She does a wonderful job especially because I am site impaired. My being site impaired requires special attention and special needs. She has indeed adapted well to take care of me almost performing duties. I have no idea how I would be able to sustain my lifestyle without her. it is hard to imagine Caregiver, who has the unique capability of addressing the unique needs of a site impaired or blind patient. Homewatch Caregivers of East Atlanta has been providing Homemaker services my father for two years. We have been extremely satisfied in the services of Homewatch CareGivers of East Atlanta! I have found Homewatch Caregivers to be THE MOST effective personal care company that we have worked with on all fronts (office, scheduling, and the caregivers!). I recently transitioned to working fulltime in the office (outside of the home), and having someone here we can rely on has been so valuable. We primarily work with one caregiver who has been fantastic: caring with my father, dependable, always pleasant, and always goes the extra mile with making sure dad is comfortable. The office staff have been extremely responsive, professional, courteus and more than accomodating when conflicts or changes arise.

HomeWatch CareGivers' professionalism and caring mean so much to our family. My husband and I are serving as Power of Attorney for a bedridden relative who needs dependable in-home care. We recently took over the POA position from out of state, and struggled with almost daily issues with unreliable caregivers until turning the whole care schedule over to HomeWatch. The caregivers they send do a great job, and we get prompt and helpful replies when we call with any questions. We are so grateful for HomeWatch and the excellent job they do. I cannot say enough great things about HomeWatch of East Atlanta. After having two not-so-stellar experiences trying to schedule other caregiving services (having to chase people, expensive consultation that had to be booked days out), I had a great call with Dani. She answered all my questions on the spot and was effective in communicating what she could deliver for a short-term care need. She was able to schedule help for us for all the shifts we needed. The caregivers were punctual, kind, great to talk to (I loved getting to know all of them) and continued communication with the front desk staff was great as well. Highly recommend!

I was initially apprehensive about utilizing such a service, but they went above and beyond my expectations. Jeff, the owner/manager, was super responsive, forthright, and thorough. He did not try to upsell me, haggle, or give a hard time. He listened to my needs, came up with a solution and I felt I could trust him. Laporsha, the caregiver assigned to me was amazing. She was on time, patient, friendly, thorough, and I felt that she really cared about me during the time I was in her care. These folks care about their customers and value customer feedback. I recommend Homewatch without any reservations! Keep up the great work.
