Nishi spent over 14 years in the medical device industry before feeling called to do something more personal and meaningful. After seeing her own grandmother thrive because of the right caregiver support, she felt inspired to bring that same comfort and dignity to other families in her community.
Her grandmother often tells her, “Every family you serve — and every smile you bring because of your care — adds an hour to my life.” Those words guide Nishi every day.
Rooted in compassion, high standards, and a deep belief that every person deserves to feel safe and supported at home, Nishi founded Homewatch CareGivers of East St. Paul. Today, she proudly serves families across the Twin Cities with a nurse-led, relationship-centered approach that brings peace of mind to those who need it most.

Nicole brings over 15 years of caregiving experience and approaches every client with compassion, trust, and empathy. She takes the time to listen to families, understand their needs, and thoughtfully guide how she can best support them. In her role as Office Manager, Nicole brings this same depth of experience and empathy while continuing to step in with hands-on caregiving support when needed.
