Schedule An Introductory CallMargaret “Margie” Lannon born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and is now the proud owner of Homewatch CareGIvers in Southern Arizona. She opened her first Homewatch CareGivers office in 2009 in Tucson, and her second located in Green Valley in 2019. She has always had a passion for working with the elderly. It probably first started when she volunteered in nursing homes when she was in Girl Scouts during grade school. Her leader would take the whole troop there every month. It was something she looked forward to every month and it’s not clear who enjoyed it more—Margie or the clients who she visited with. After college, she was a social worker in a nursing home. She took a little hiatus and worked with young teens and adults and then came back to the elderly in 2009. Now as the owner of Homewatch CareGivers, she is a Certified Senior Advisor. She has been on numerous boards throughout the years including the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the Woman’s Foundation of Southern Arizona, and Tucson College. She is very active in Rotary in her community serving as Past President for past two years. She has volunteered with many charities in town including Wings for Women, the Alzheimer’s Association, The Forgotten Children and chaired the Woman’s Foundation Luncheon in 2015 and 2016, the largest luncheon in Tucson. Growing old is not an easy task but it is inevitable. Margie and her team want to make sure that their clients enjoy every last minute of it. Whether it is having someone by their side to talk to them to more personal tasks, the team at Homewatch CareGIvers just wants to make everyone’s life they can touch a little better.

Family is at the heart of everything Andrea does. As the only girl and the eldest of three brothers, she learned early on the value of caring for others and building meaningful connections.

Inspired by her nana and driven by her passion for helping others, Andrea has grown within the organization and now serves as our Recruiter/HR Assistant.
