Deanna worked hard with a tight timeframe to put a caregiver in place. Having been through this process before with another company, I knew it could take time to find someone who is a good fit. My friend’s daughter hired Homewatch Caregivers Boise. I traveled and spent 12 days to help my friend that has dementia transition to having at home care. The experienced caregivers assigned helped to set-up the living quarters based on what was needed to make caring for my friend safe and effortless for all. The Homewatch portal allows access to the caregiver scheduling (which was consistent) and their shift notes so I was able to keep track of my friend’s care and well-being. The office staff - Victoria, Jessica, Madison M., and Madison C. - are great with communicating.
