I was very pleased with the service provided by Homewatch. CJ was amazing. He was a great communicator and took the time to help me understand the process. He was also able to get a caregiver on very short notice around a holiday. The caregiver for my mother was caring, compassionate and kind. Unfortunately mom passed shortly after coming home but CJ took time out his busy day to attend the wake, which was extremely thoughtful. If you are in need of a caregiver, please just reach out to CJ, you won't need anyone else! I cannot thank them enough.

Absolutely impressed with their service. We availed their service on one-time basis for two days. Plus points: 1. Immediate attention. Sent someone in two days’ notice. 2. Caregiver was absolutely punctual. Came on the dot. 3. Caregiver was very helpful and helped with care I needed. 4. Highly professional service with contracts drawn up before the service was provided. Only issue is the contract was a bit long :), but we understand why it was long.

My mom has been receiving daily care from Homewatch caregivers since October 2025 and I can not even begin to explain what an amazing experience it has been not only for my mom but my sister and I as well. Having them there has kept my mom not only safe and healthy but happy as well. All the while providing us with peace of mind knowing that she is always taking care of when we cannot be there. The aides are outstanding they are caring, knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, kind and continually going above and beyond for mom. From the day we meet and signed on with CJ and the care team they have been professional and always available via phone call or text message. We have needed to make some last minute scheduling changes and it has never been an issue. I would highly recommend their services.
I live out of state and I worked with Courtney to set up overnight care for my Aunt during her transition from Independent to Assisted Living. The process was extremely easy and I was able to complete everything online. Courtney met with my Aunt and was able to provide overnight services on the same day as my request. She assigned the same caregiver each night so my Aunt got to know her. Lanora was a perfect match for us and was amazing! She arrived early and was very kind and patient with my Aunt who suffers from dementia. Lanora got to know my Aunt and our family and made sure that all of our needs were met. She didn't hesitate to offer assistance packing up for the move to assisted living. It was such a relief to arrive to a packed up kitchen the morning of our move! I can confidently recommend Courtney and Lanora from Homewatch CareGivers of Chandler-Sun Lakes.
I hired HWCG of Glendora about 8 months ago to help care for my mother. We have had Debbie as her nurse/companion for about 7 months now and she has been AWESOME. My mom can be a bit of a handful and dosent take well to people coming into her home to care for her and help her with every day tasks. Debbie has been a blessing, she has just the right touch, she has great communication skills, she helps with all the daily tasks, cooking, cleaning, laundry, takes my mom to the market, out to lunch, movies. Getting my mom motivated to get dressed and get out of the house can be quite a mission but Debbie does a great job. We are very happy with Debbie. Thank you HWCG. 😊
The caregivers were compassionate and attentive and made the patient feel comfortable also worked well with the hospice nurses it was a great team I would recommend caregivers to anyone in need of assistance CJ Santos the manager was very attentive and always available if needed
Home watch has been wonderful. Both Sharon (owner) & Mary (scheduler) have gone out of their way to work with my mother in law. She has dementia and can be difficult. They matched her up with a carer named Peace who is an angel. I would highly recommend them.
My family began working with Homewatch in 2021. We had a aide for my Grandfather who at the time was 85 years old. He lived alone and we needed someone to come in and help with daily tasks such a light housekeeping and grooming. The aide at the time was friendly, dependable and truly cared. After a few years she left the company and the opportunity for me to work with Homewatch and become my Grandfather's aid was presented. I have now been his aide for about 2 years. Being able to take care of my Grandfather while working with the company has been great. The office staff is always available and there to support. So far my experience as both a client (as my Grandfather's POA/caregiver) and a employee has been a good experience. I would recommend Homewatch to anyone I know. We use the Beachwood, Ohio office.
