We are beyond grateful for the incredible care and support our family has received from Homewatch Caregivers of Fairfax. My son’s caregiver/babysitter Ana has been nothing short of wonderful — compassionate, patient, dependable, and truly dedicated. She treated my son with genuine love and respect, always making sure he felt safe, comfortable, and happy. It gave me such deep peace of mind knowing he was in such caring and capable hands. I want to give a very special and heartfelt thank-you to the manager KELLY, who is truly the heart and soul of this organization. She went above and beyond in every possible way, always doing everything she could to meet our needs. Her flexibility, understanding, and kindness were constant — anytime and all the time. No matter the situation, she was responsive, supportive, and genuinely caring, always finding solutions and making things work with grace and warmth. It is rare to find someone so professional yet so deeply human and compassionate. She made us feel heard, valued, and supported at every step. Her dedication and beautiful spirit made an enormous difference for our family, and we will always be thankful for the care, effort, and love she put into everything she did. My husband suffered a stroke almost seven years ago, and our Homewatch aide makes it possible for me to attend to appointments and errands with peace of mind. Jahari has a great attitude and has a great rapport with my husband. I think my husband really appreciates companionship and care from a male aide, and Jay is always ready to watch a game or share a laugh. We're very happy with Homewatch.

My family had the good fortune of meeting Lynette at the time she was putting the pieces of Homewatch CareGivers of Conway in place. As my mother was turning 100 years old and lived by herself, we knew that Lynette and her team could fulfil a critical need of caregiving and companionship. Within the first week we could see positive results in my mom's stability and her outlook on life. We thank God for putting Lynette in our lives. She is kind and compassionate with the leadership traits to surround herself with like-kind caregivers.
Hello my name is Lynn wik and I’ve been receiving services with this company since Christmas Eve and i was nervous starting services because it was the holiday season. I didn’t know if they would find somebody to help and how everything will go, because I’ve never had services before. But then they introduced my caregiver Shannon Dillard. She is a godsend when I talk she listen she was very patient with me and reassured me that if I trust her all is well. and gave me great safety tips, and by date three she had my entire life organized the benefit me from my day-to-day needs, including my closets, cabinets and paperwork. It’s been a great help knowing when she’s here. I don’t have to worry and she’s well prepared and prompt the type of care I received from Shannon as well as other caregivers was greatly appreciated. I will refer them to anyone. Thank you for all that you have done and the caregivers Help that I received.

There has to be a better phone system in the office. I called today twice and no one answered.
Homewatch caregivers supported my mom for nearly two years until her death. The caregivers were loved by my mom, especially one, who was extremely endearing, skilled and interesting. Caregivers worked seamlessly with hospice staff when that time came. The detailed notes and information were always available to me, the daughter, who was an active caregiver and (self-appointed) manager. There were two agencies involved giving 24 hour care. My mom benefited tremendously from the caregiving from Homewatch. When a caregiver was not the right fit, management worked to find a caregiver that was a good match. It made all the difference in the quality of my mom’s life. My mother was demanding of respect and to be heard. Caregivers always treated her with respect, dignity and kindness, while keeping her safe and healthy. It still breaks my heart to remember what my mom went through. It was a long and often agonizing deterioration from Parkinson's. Our Homewatch manager was kind and listened to me and was very supportive. I am grateful Homewatch Caregivers was there to meet my mom's needs and allow family to rest knowing she was in good hands.

Honestly just really solid, dependable care. People showed up when they said they would, communication was clear, and nothing felt chaotic or unorganized (which we’ve dealt with before). The office was easy to get in touch with, and the caregivers were professional, yet loving. It felt like a well-run operation you could actually rely on, and that mattered a lot to us. I’m so glad I found them.
