My family had a wonderful experience with Homewatch CareGivers of Northwest San Diego & Santee caring for both of my parents. From the very beginning, the process was smooth and reassuring — the team made everything easy to coordinate and kept us informed along the way. The caregivers were thoughtful, compassionate, and truly dependable, always showing up with professionalism and genuine kindness. The office staff was responsive and helpful with scheduling, updates, and any questions we had. They took the time to understand my parents’ needs and matched them with caregivers who fit perfectly. My work with Homewatch CareGivers have been good all the years I have been working,but they do need to pay more then 15.00 an hour at least I'm speaking on my behalf..When you are a good worker and you never give any problems and you have everything up to date and you go above and beyond for your patient,I truly believe once a year their should be a good pay race on your check,no if nor doubts about it..It is only fair to the aide!! Especially when the aide is good!! That is my honest opinion..Especially that everything now is so expensive we need more money!!!

Mark Jorrey with Home Watch in west Fort Worth has been a godsend to my brother and me at a time when we needed additional help for my brother who was needing home health care. Mark is very caring, honest, and will even go out of his way to help you during a crisis situation. He has advised me in detail what Home Watch will do for you or a loved one. He pays close attention that any service they provide will be done by a caring and competent person. I have already experienced bad service from another company since now my wife needs care and we do not live in the Home Watch area (Mansfield). Ready to move just to be in his company's area! I’ve truly enjoyed working for this company and am only leaving because I’m moving out of state. It’s been one of the most supportive workplaces I’ve experienced. Cierra is an incredible Care Manager who always shows appreciation for the unique way each caregiver supports their clients. She’s consistently available when we have questions or need guidance, which makes a huge difference in this field. John and Eloise, the owners, are personable and compassionate. Their personal experience with their own parents needing in-home care clearly influences the thoughtful way they run the company. Caregivers and clients are matched with distance and schedules in mind, and there’s never judgment if a change is needed. In a profession where burnout is common, employee morale here remains high. I’m very grateful for my time with this team and would highly recommend them!

I recently hired this team to help me take care of my mother who has dementia I talked to the owner ash and he was so very helpful and very nice. They then sent me Stevie she was kind , extremely patient and passionate with her work . We had absolutely no problems and I would strongly recommend this company and I strongly recommend you ask for Stevie .i was very scared about having a stanger in my home taking care of my mother but she was very respectful, reliable, and helpful to me and my siblings.

Worked here for awhile. As a dedicated CNA of 12 years I was highly impressed by the professionalism and efficacy of this company. Not only do they handle problems on a day to day basis like it's nothing, but they do it with grace and candor. Truly one of the best companies I've worked for.
The Care givers were very helpful and offered to do anything I required. There respectful attitude put you at ease. It was a joy to have them in my home.
Used for a few weeks of post op (rotator cuff) care including hygiene, laundry, simple meals, simple cleaning, etc. Really great experience and would recommend. I was assigned Segun and was very happy.
