At Homewatch CareGivers of Longmont, we know exceptional care starts with the people who deliver it.
In 2026, our team was recognized with two prestigious awards from Activated Insights, a leading organization for caregiver training and quality assurance: the 2026 Best of Home Care Provider of Choice Award and the 2026 Best of Home Care Leader in Training Award. Both awards speak to the culture of quality care, professionalism, and compassion our team strives to cultivate at Homewatch, reflected in the way we care for our clients and support our caregivers.
About These Awards
The Best of Home Care Provider of Choice Award, which our agency also received in 2024 and 2025, is based directly on client feedback using data from client satisfaction surveys gathered through phone interviews by Activated Insights. Agencies who receive this award consistently exceed industry standards for quality in-home care and incorporate client feedback into their care. To qualify, agencies need to maintain an average client overall satisfaction score of 8.75 or higher and complete at least 12 third-party client surveys over six months.
At Homewatch CareGivers of Longmont, we take pride in listening to our clients and adapting our in-home care to meet their unique needs, which is why earning the Provider of Choice award is so meaningful to us. It reflects our commitment to providing personalized care that makes a difference in our clients’ lives.
The Best of Home Care Leader in Training award recognizes our commitment to investing in the people providing in-home care, and highlights our focus on continuous learning, skill development, and giving caregivers the tools they need to provide high-quality, personalized service. And this year, our team’s engagement with caregiver training programs and drive to grow and improve earned us a spot in the top tier of providers nationwide. To be considered for this award, agencies must participate in Activated Insights Training for at least three months, have at least 10 team members actively using the platform each year, and average at least eight courses completed per employee.
Our Homewatch CareGivers of Longmont training program requires each caregiver to complete a full-day orientation before going into the field, and 12 hours of ongoing training annually, which is well above industry standards. We also offer Activated Insights training for selected caregivers who want to earn their dementia care specialist certification.
