We have had a very positive experience with our Homewatch Caregiver, Denise. She has built a great connection with my mom and works with her everyday on her brain activities and takes her for walks to help her stay active. I know that when I am at work, my mom is at home safe and happy.
Homewatch once again was most helpful and flexible in providing care for my mother around a short hospitalization and a return home. Mary worked schedules on short notice and Betty stepped in exactly when and where needed. Homewatch provides consistent care, works hard to flex when needed, and is always available by phone. We have been using an aide from Homewatch to provide care for my mother a few times a week for the last several months. We have been very happy with our experience so far. We have used two different aides now and both were wonderful. Our current aide, Christine Jones, is exceptional.
A unique and refreshing experience in caregiving. Homewatch builds a care plan around the client. After looking at more than 6 companies that provided in home care I was pleasantly surprised. Homewatch was there for me and my needs.I would highly recommend them if you are looking at non medical help in your home!
My mother has used the services of Homewatch CareGivers for about 2 years. The managers and staff have met all of her needs. In particular her primary caregiver, Debra has cared for Mom as if she were a family member.
Nik Morgan and Patrick Longworth are my dads care givers and Seija Nelson has been our point person through out this entire process. I cant speak highly enough of this team! They are very responsive and tentative to my dads needs as well as my own to make sure that he receives the care that he needs and that I feel comfortable with him in their care. They have been more than accommodating to our individual situation and I cant thank them enough! I referred Homewatch CareGivers to a friend of mine as well and she has nothing but great things to say about the staff and their experience - thank you thank you all again!!
Homewatch CareGivers served us well when my mom was in need and could not be left alone. They were always there to help with compassion and kindness, even on short notice.
Seija has been so very helpful; helping us navigate the care that is needed and adjusting when needed. Our primary caregiver is THE BEST. Brice is attentive, caring and helpful. We started with 3, 24 hour shifts and how have Brice 8 hrs. a day , 5 days a week and we could not be happier. He is an important part of our team.

Jessica is the total package for a caregiver. She is caring, competent, compassionate, trustworthy and a self-starter. She has the initiative to see what needs done and do it. It's a relief to me that she doesn't require constant supervision. In short, she's great. It is truly a pleasure to have her in our home.
