Home watches Home Health Aide , I want to start off by saying i was looking for a new start when i came across this agency called Home watchers Caregiving agency i applied on indeed they got back to me less then 24 hours they set me up with an interview the next day, Once i arrived to the office i was greeted by everyone and heading to the orientation room. The moment i sent down and filled all my application paperwork out i felt like this was the agency for me they were very respectful & understanding once i finished my paperwork i gave all my additional information took my drug swab and was told i will get a call in the next 2 days. The very next morning about 9:30pm i received a call saying i have a start date which was that same exact day they set me up with everything i needed and a case to work i went out that day and started my very first schedule it went great i never been so satisfied in my life, Home watchers is a great agency i been working for them for 2 years now and they have treated me with the most upscale respect they care for their working i want to give everyone they props starting with Bindu. Bindu is the owner of home watchers agency she is the best she is Clever , Understanding , Respectful , Ms. Bindu i think you for always being there for me anytime i had a concern you were always right on top of things , you did a great job helping me build my skill set , Thank you for always being there for your team no matter what you are absolutely the best and have a great team , the next person i will like to shout out is Ms Shanna. The owner and staff at my Homewatch are extremely caring in every aspect of the business. I worked for them first which was the best experience I’ve ever had with a homecare company. (I’ve been a caregiver for 30 plus years and have seen horrible things) then I had to stay home and get paid to take care of my daughter with autism. Bindu (owner) and the staff are extremely supportive which is why I chose them as my provider to help me take care of my daughter! If you want a homecare company that actually cares then this is the one!
