Schedule An Introductory CallDennise has more than 30 years of healthcare experience, including executive leadership roles at Endeavor Health Edward Hospital in Naperville. She holds a BS from the University of Illinois, Champaign, in Health Administration, and an MBA from DePaul University, Chicago. She is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Dennise is currently the Homewatch CareGivers Franchise Advisory Board Chairperson. In this capacity, she works with the franchise and owners on care delivery and new programs. In her free time, Dennise loves to travel with her husband and four children.
Raquel has been a key asset to our Homewatch CareGivers team since August 2019. She started out as a part time caregiver and continues taking care of her client on the weekends. In addition to caregiving on the weekends, she is our full time Operations Manager. She started out in the healthcare industry after her mother, Laura, battled a stroke, which motivated Raquel to take care of her mother and help others as well. Prior to Homewatch CareGivers, Raquel became a Certified Nurse Assistant in 2012. She worked for SIMCO Electronics, a medical calibration lab and software service company, as a Customer Service Administrator. She also worked for the Illinois Department of Human Services in the rehabilitation section. In her free time, she loves walking and spending time with her dog and spending quality time with family and friends. Raquel and her mother enjoy vacationing and travelling together. We are so grateful to have Raquel as part of our team, as she brings much experience and heart to the team!
Kris Chrzan was hired as Client Services Manager for Homewatch Caregivers of Naperville at the end of May 2019. Kris is an experienced health care specialist with an extensive medical and insurance background. She worked at a home healthcare company as a Marketing Consultant and Community Liaison, as well as a caregiver for those with significant health issues. She also has experience as a Senior Customer Quality Specialist at a custom wheelchair division at a durable medical equipment company. One of her favorite positions was an administrative assistant at a diabetic center. She has a passion for helping people and truly loves to impact people's lives and find solutions for those in need.
Laura has worked with the Homewatch CareGivers team since October 2019 as a part time After Hours’ Coordinator. Prior to Homewatch CareGivers, she was a nurse, which inspired her daughter, Raquel, to join the healthcare industry. After battling an illness and stroke, Laura found strength to join the workforce again with us. We are grateful to have Laura as an asset to our team! She enjoys spending time with family and friends and is passionate about travelling with her daughter.
Priscilla started caregiving in Feb 2018 and she is an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) which she earned through the Illinois Army National Guard. Her previous experiences include being a customer service representative at Xerox, and working as an administrative assistant at COP Romeoville branch. She is currently a care manager on our Homewatch CareGivers team. In Her free time Priscilla loves visiting museums, and state parks, taking dance lessons and other varied interests.
Ayendia has been in the caregiving field for over 4yrs. She Has always had a passion for working with the elderly. Ayendia chose to work in this industry because it felt more so like a family than just a job. At the end of each shift she makes sure the client has a smile on their face. She make them feel supported and comfortable. Ayendia's top priority is to ensure that every senior is receiving the best care and that their families have a peace of mind knowing their love one is in good hands. When Ayendia is not caring for her Seniors she in enjoying bonding time with her two Children Au’meir and Au’marion.
