Meet Dennise Vaughn: Our Dedicated Naperville Home Care Leader
The Owner and Administrator of Homewatch CareGivers of Naperville is Dennise Vaughn, MBA, Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Dennise has over 25 years of hospital leadership experience in clinical and support services including 23 years as an executive at Edward Hospital, Naperville. Dennise shared, “Being a mother of four, having a demanding job and seeing how much care my parents and in-laws need helps me really understand what our families are faced with every day. We are here to help.”
Raquel Gonzalez: Operations Manager
The Operations Manager for Homewatch Caregivers of Naperville is Raquel Gonzalez. Raquel has been a key asset to our Homewatch CareGivers team since August 2019. She started as a part-time caregiver and continues caring for her client on the weekends. She started in the healthcare industry after her mother, Laura, battled a stroke, which motivated Raquel to take care of her mother and help others. Before Homewatch CareGivers, Raquel became a Certified Nurse Assistant in 2012. She worked as a Customer Service Administrator for SIMCO Electronics, a medical calibration lab and software service company. She also worked for the Illinois Department of Human Services in the rehabilitation section. “I wanted a job where I could help people”, Raquel shared.
