The team at Home Watch Caregivers North Shore are the most compassionate, dedicated, and knowledgeable group of professionals I have ever worked with. The average tenure of their caregivers is over 10 years!!! Their main goal is to create the best quality of life for their families and clients!!!
We are so pleased with everyone at Homewatch. The caregivers are like family to us and the administrative staff are amazing. The company is run by very caring people who always consider what is best for their clients. We have used other agencies in the past and Homewatch is number one.
When I called Homewatch CareGivers I did not know what to expect. I was calling for myself as I was having elective surgery and needed someone to pick me up and possibly stay with me. My first call was answered by Kathy Nichols, Manager. Kathy was warm, personable, listened and HEARD my needs and immediately provided me with a reasonable game plan with pricing. This was my first and only call. Kathy’s knowledge and expertise coupled with just a down-to-earth approach said to me I had found my match. Homewatch CareGivers should be your first call - it will be your only one. I feel so very fortunate bc Lupe picked me up from surgical center, drove me home, helped me get comfortable, reminded me to turn my phone back on etc. She stayed for a couple of hours. Lupe returned day two bc I had to shower and just wanted someone else in the house, she helped me with bandages and applying required meds She was simply a responsible delight
I used Homewatch Caregivers to help me back home after an out patient surgery procedure. I can’t say enough good things about this company. The process was extremely organized from start to finish. Amazing communication with Linea! My caregiver was fabulous as well I would definitely use them again in the future, and highly recommend.

Home watch care givers provide everything I need when I need it; transportation to appointments , therapy, laundry, food delivery and light cleaning whenever needed.
Martin is very helpful and exhibits genuine care for his patients. He is always willing to help with anything needed to improve the comfort and living conditions in our home.

Homewatch CareGivers helped provide end of life care for our mother, however, they did more than that. They were professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, compassionate and caring. Their skill and assistance gave us peace of mind. We knew that mom was comfortable and never alone. We are most grateful that this agency was here when we needed it.
Homewatch CareGivers has been providing compassionate, professional care to a very elderly relative, enabling her to stay in her home despite several physical challenges. The help they provide includes personal care, meal preparation, feeding, and those 'extra special touches' such as manicures, reading the paper to her, and entertaining her with general conversation. This is vitally important to the well being of my loved one, and enhances the quality of her life immensely.
