Our family had a very good experience with Homewatch CareGivers of Phoenix. Chris’s knowledge and expertise is invaluable. We would have been lost without her assistance and constant guidance. Jennifer cared for our parents as if they were her own. She was warm and attentive. Our father was always confident in her abilities and looked forward to the days when she was scheduled. Shanuna is very kind and always seemed to know what to do. She was very caring and gentle with our parents. It was a comfort to know they were in such good hands.

Homewatch caregivers provided end-of-life care for my 97-year-old father for several months until his recent passing. I was extremely pleased to work with them. They sent many wonderful caregivers who provided kind and personal care. Occasionally an adjustment was needed to find the right fit between caregiver and patient. Homewatch accepted our every request to make a change without question or hesitancy. If I am ever in need of caregiver services in the Phoenix area again, I will call Homewatch first.

The first words that comes to my mind when I think of the Homewatch Caregivers is thankful, appreciative, dependable, honest, and caring. My family has depended on Homewatch for 24/7 care for the past several years. Both of my parents have had age related issues. Like many chronic diseases, dementia and Alzheimer’s can be very difficult for the patient and the family members. Our family is very thankful for being recommended to Homewatch. First to care for our mother with debilitating chronic dementia. Her last few months were particularly difficult for everyone who cared for her. I appreciate the sincere care of all staff members. Up to the last days of life, our mother was well treated with respect and dignity, honestly caring about her wellbeing. A very emotional and stressful time handled by Homewatch care providers with concern and kindness for all. My father, who is in the mid stages of Alzheimer’s Disease, wishes to remain at home. Homewatch has continued to provide 24-hour care. Everyone at Homewatch Caregivers have been very helpful through the good times and bad. I am truly thankful for all they do for my father. Homewatch Caregivers is a fantastic company! I needed their services when my husband was put on hospice asap to help me take care of him. The guy who came over to do the intake was kind and efficient and listened to exactly what kind of help I was looking for. They immediately sent a caregiver to my house (like within a day or two) who was exactly the kind of person I needed, so they made a great match. The caregiver was compassionate and knowledgeable and was invaluable during the last few weeks of my husbands life. I highly recommend this company!
