I have worked here for maybe 4-5 months. They have been extremely understanding and have been very flexible with me as life has happens and things play out. I LOVE MY CLIENTS. I’ve met some of the sweetest souls ever through this company, and this is the ONE job i actually enjoy coming too! I also want to speak on the ladies in the office! Miya and Rochelle are amazing! They always answer the phones and email me back within that day and are very kind and thoughtful. They have both gone outta their way to help me be the most successful person i can and should be through this company while dealing with their other other daily work tasks! My son has a Direct Support Specialist with Homewatch. He is an intelligent, kind and thoughtful man who is really starting to thrive, This company is really different. There is a culture of respect that begins with the owners and administrators and includes schedulers and receptionists-everyone. He is getting the support he needs and deserves to be independent because is a unique individual who is important to everyone at Homewatch, not just a body with symptoms. I cannot thank them enough!
