Mi experiencia como cuidadora me hace sentir bien y util al ayudar a los demas. Me pongo en el lugar de las personas para poder brindar lo mejor de mi. A cada vez que cuido a una persona de tercera edad veo en esa persona mi madre o mi Padre. Estoy muy feliz y agradecida de ser parted de Homewatch care Givers
My work with Homewatch CareGivers have been good all the years I have been working,but they do need to pay more then 15.00 an hour at least I'm speaking on my behalf..When you are a good worker and you never give any problems and you have everything up to date and you go above and beyond for your patient,I truly believe once a year their should be a good pay race on your check,no if nor doubts about it..It is only fair to the aide!! Especially when the aide is good!! That is my honest opinion..Especially that everything now is so expensive we need more money!!!
