Every caregiver is background-checked, insured, and trained by Homewatch CareGivers before entering your home. We match caregivers carefully based on personality, daily routine, and specific care needs. Care plans are reviewed every 30 days and in-person quality assurance visits happen at least once every 90 days. If the match is not right, we make a change.
We work with families to make care as accessible as possible. Payment options include private pay (ACH and credit cards accepted), long-term care insurance with claims assistance, VA Aid and Attendance benefits for eligible veterans, and workers' compensation and select insurance reimbursements.
Please note: we do not accept Medicare or Medicaid in California. Our team will walk you through your options at no charge during the initial consultation.

I have worked with Homewatch for many years both with the Tustin and Yorba Linda office. I have worked with many of their caregivers and they are all of a very high caliber, especially Brenda and Noemi. They are very reliable, willing, and skilled. The office staff is wonderful too. My type of care is limited to hygiene care and I need total assistance in which the caregivers are skilled in.

Truly a Godsend! With a hospital discharge sooner than anticipated, I was fortunate to connect with Homewatch YL. Lydia coordinated a same-day assessment, and a caregiver arrived the next day. The three caregivers were all extremely kind, gentle, and professional. Our patient came to look forward to their arrival and company. She made great progress under their care. After a couple of weeks of hospitals and insurance companies, it was a gift to work with such a responsive and professional firm. BRAVO!
