Homewatch Caregivers of Ann Arbor was instrumental in helping keep my mom and dad in their home. Angelique worked with us to find the right caregivers and worked with schedules and any last minute needs. She was always there when we needed her. Katrina W. was an amazing caregiver, helping my mom and dad with everything from meals to companionship. She was a true support when our family needed help. We are forever grateful!

Amy R is a great caregiver, she is excellent with her clients and strives at what she does.

Home watch Caregivers are by far, the top notch Caregiving company. Years ago I worked for them about 3 years, as best I recall. I apologize that I gave them a bad review, because I was going through a bitter break- up of my marriage, my husbands infidelity. At that time, I was reacting out of brokenness and pain. This review is the truth, that the owners, Management and entire staff are excellent, caring staff, in top of training staff, fair to all caregiver employees. I recommend Home watch Caregivers to all prospective clients and client families. If you want excellent care for your loved one, Home watch Caregivers are #1.

I was scheduled to have outpatient surgery in Michigan. I searched and found Homewatch of Ann Arbor. My communication with Angelique was very smooth from day one. It was simpler than I thought it would be. Ravyn, the caregiver was on time to pick me up from the surgical center to my hotel. Overall, I had a great experience during a time when I was in need of companion being out of state. Thank you for all you do! 😊

This agency has been absolutely wonderful since the day I started with them! When I moved to Ann Arbor, I used a driver, and we weren’t sure what time we would arrive. Our best guess was that we’d get here at night. I thought it was likely that I would not have care when I arrived, but Homewatch offered to have an aide on call to meet me whenever I arrived. I’ve worked with multiple agencies since suffering a stroke four years ago, and Homewatch is far and away the most responsive and reliable. I recommend them highly. Their aides are wonderful people and it’s a pleasure to have them in my life.

We use Homewatch CareGivers to watch over my 91 year old mom with dementia. The care givers are always attentive and delightful. My mother enjoys their company. They free my wife and I up to attend to other activities in our busy house.

HomeWatch is always great to work with when attempting to meet my clients needs. They have been able to staff fairly quickly and work hard on matching my clients with approiate caregivers. When there are caregiver issues HomeWatch is quick to get them resolved. This is a difficult time for everyone with the shortage of quaility caregivers but HomeWatch continues to provide excellent care. I look forward to working with HomeWatch in the future.

I worked for Homewatch Caregivers Ann Arbor, MI. about 2 years and resigned in 2017. This positive review is my own choice. I had previously given an unfavorable review due to a mere misunderstanding. They truly are an excellent Caregiver Company. I was not coerced to give this review. As a Christian, I felt in my heart God wanted me to make this right. I feel this is right and happy to do this.

Earlier this year, we were put into a position where we needed to secure 24/7 care for a family member on very short notice. We contacted several caregiver agencies (including Homewatch of Ann Arbor). Homewatch was the only one that came through in the timeframe we needed them to. Further, they bent over backwards to accommodate unanticipated changes in the period of time we needed service. Their caregivers were competent, pleasant and thorough. I would highly recommend Homewatch of Ann Arbor to anyone who needs a responsive and reliable home care agency.
