The Provider of Choice Award, which we also received in 2024 and 2025, is based on client feedback collected through independent surveys. Agencies earning this award consistently exceed industry standards for satisfaction and demonstrate a strong commitment to listening and responding to client needs. Eligibility requires an average satisfaction score of 8.75 or higher and completion of at least 12 surveys over six months.
This recognition reinforces our focus on personalized in-home care, showing that the attention and adaptability of our home caregivers truly make a difference in our clients’ lives.
The Leader in Training Award honors agencies that invest in caregiver education and development. Requirements include at least three months of engagement with Activated Insights Training, a minimum of 10 active participants per year, and an average of eight courses completed per employee. This year, our team’s dedication to ongoing learning earned us recognition among the nation’s top agencies.
At Homewatch CareGivers of Arvada, every home caregiver completes a full-day orientation and 12 hours of training annually, well above industry norms. Caregivers seeking specialized expertise can also participate in dementia care certification programs through Activated Insights.
