Our dad has had the honor of having Jaquelyn J. (Longmont) as his evening caregiver for a year+. She came in soon after our mom passed away and immediately was a calming presence. She is kind, caring, always uses Dad's name when speaking to him, and cooks him yummy meals. She knows and respects his likes/dislikes and she's aware that she needs to speak loudly so he can hear her... She's a tremendous help for Dad and his dog. She'll go out of her way to be sure she is fed and takes walks along the property with her. We appreciate Jacquelyn and we know Dad is in good hands when she is with him.

I want to give the biggest shout out to Kate A. with this company. My mom has a VERY unique condition that full service care facilities are not capable of serving, so we looked for in home care. Kate met with me and she said her company could not serve my mom and that she did not know of one that would (which turned out to be true as all 10 companies I talked to said they could not provide that specific care and they did not know of one that would). Rather than leave us to fend for ourselves, Kate showed a true compassion for the work she does and did some extra work to call around and try to find one company that might provide that unique service - even though her company would not be getting a dime from us. That one company ended up being able to help. Without Kate's extra effort done strictly out of care for the elderly, we might not have found the unique care we needed.

I was so thankful that I hired this company. We have used one other company in the past and not had the same results. When my father had to be brought home on hospice, this company really stepped up. They had care available for me nearly 24 hrs/day. EVERY single caregiver that showed up, was really good. I am not exaggerating. They were all on time, willing to help in any way, and all had experience with the elderly. I wish I could send each and every one of them a thank you card. In one of the hardest seasons of my life they made things better.

Being the sole 24/7 caregiver for my mom for the last 2 years it was time to bring in some help. We have been using Homewatch for my mother since November of 24. The onboarding process was quite smooth and simple. Getting the care providers up to speed on how to move my mother and meet her social needs was relatively easy. Each person has been very professional and fabulous with my mom. Since we are a multigenerational home the care providers have become like family. After some initial growing pains, our case manager and the office staff have been great with our feedback regarding our need for consistent staffing (same people for regular shifts). I feel fortunate to have the means to access this type of care and to help alleviate some of the intensity with my mom’s growing needs. Keeping her with us has been important for all of us, not just my mom.
