Very happy with the service we get from homewatch! Very friendly care providers have taken care of my dad. Glad they are all talkers because my dad is pretty quiet.

I was so thankful that I hired this company. We have used one other company in the past and not had the same results. When my father had to be brought home on hospice, this company really stepped up. They had care available for me nearly 24 hrs/day. EVERY single caregiver that showed up, was really good. I am not exaggerating. They were all on time, willing to help in any way, and all had experience with the elderly. I wish I could send each and every one of them a thank you card. In one of the hardest seasons of my life they made things better.

Being the sole 24/7 caregiver for my mom for the last 2 years it was time to bring in some help. We have been using Homewatch for my mother since November of 24. The onboarding process was quite smooth and simple. Getting the care providers up to speed on how to move my mother and meet her social needs was relatively easy. Each person has been very professional and fabulous with my mom. Since we are a multigenerational home the care providers have become like family. After some initial growing pains, our case manager and the office staff have been great with our feedback regarding our need for consistent staffing (same people for regular shifts). I feel fortunate to have the means to access this type of care and to help alleviate some of the intensity with my mom’s growing needs. Keeping her with us has been important for all of us, not just my mom. If you are looking for care for a loved one either to keep them home in their own or if your loved one is home with you I recommend Homewatch.

We are fortunate to have the same caregiver each evening M,W,Th from 6 to 10 (a rather hard time to fill, but HOME WATCH was able to do so). Furthermore, she (Jacquelyn) is the best we have ever had, and we have had some good ones.

Nychelle is motivated to help me as well as keeps track of different tasks and makes sure that they are completed. She is respectful and kind in her care and oftentimes watches as I walk to make sure that I am steady as I have fatten multiple times this year. She is mature in her want and desire to help me and I am thankful for her.

Our current caregiver is outstanding but she is leaving for another job. The one before her was young, pleasant and tried hard but had limited experience. She also left for another job. The one before her left the area just as we were about to ask to have her replaced. So it depends on the people Homewatch has available.
I have come to learn the staff here goes out to see any potential clients that they beleive they can serve; and if they can't they are honest about it. By working here I have learned and I understand that explaining a situation over the phone and seeing the practical living situation of any parent and their ability to determine the scope of care are two different worlds! Thank you for being people, doing your best serving others and providing an honest assessment.

The level of service is top notch, especially from Deanna, our caregiver and Art, the owner. She is always effervescent and motivated and we feel much better after every time she comes to help. Art is also very compassionate and cares about doing the utmost to make my mom feel happy and taken care of.
