About These Awards
The Provider of Choice Award, which we also earned in 2024 and 2025, is based on feedback from clients collected through independent phone surveys. Agencies receiving this recognition consistently exceed industry benchmarks and demonstrate a dedication to integrating client feedback into home care. To qualify, agencies must achieve an average satisfaction score of 8.75 or higher and complete at least 12 surveys over six months.
For our team, this award highlights the importance of personalized home care that responds to each client’s unique needs. It validates the focus and effort we put into making a positive difference in the lives of those we serve.
The Leader in Training Award acknowledges our dedication to caregiver education and professional development. Agencies must engage at least 10 staff members in Activated Insights Training annually, participate for a minimum of three months, and average eight courses completed per home caregiver. This year, our team’s commitment to ongoing learning earned us recognition among the top agencies nationwide.
All caregivers at Homewatch CareGivers of Boulder complete a full-day orientation before serving clients and receive 12 hours of ongoing annual training, exceeding typical industry standards. Selected home caregivers may also pursue specialized training, including dementia care certification through Activated Insights.
