We received exceptional service from HomeWatch. They were able to get care started quickly, within a day, and worked with us on scheduling as health changes occurred. Each caregiver we had was great; patient, on-time, and dedicated to care.

I have been a caregiver at Homewatch for a few months now and the support that I've been given from the staff and company is more than I anticipated. They really care about their team and clients. The agency will go over and beyond to find the right kind of care for their clients as well as the right clients for the caregivers and nurse aids. The staff at Homewatch are great listeners, very patient, understanding, honest and their team work is impressive. I hope that anyone that is currently in search of home care or employment, that you do consider, Homewatch as a second home.

Mandy (employee of Homewatch CareGivers) is the health care manager for a dear friend of mine who has severe dementia and lives in a family care home. Mandy coordinates all of her out of home care such as doctor appointments, and frequently takes her to those appointments. She visits my friend frequently to keep abreast of what is going on with her. Mandy also orders clothes as needed for my friend, and takes her for special events such as the book store. She has been readily available whenever my friend or I needed her. She organizes a zoom meeting (with friends, brother, power of attorney and health care power attorney) most weeks to discuss my friend's care. Recently we are also using a companion from Homewatch CareGivers to provide extra caring attention for my friend. That person has also been very helpful. I don't know how we, her friends, would have survived without this agency, and especially Mandy. As a retired nurse, I'm aware of the many needs of someone with severe dementia, and feel completely comfortable that this agency is making sure that my friend is receiving the best care possible.

Homewatch has been extremely helpful and responsive in organizing assistance for my elderly mother. The caregivers have been excellent.

I've been fortunate to work with Mandy in supporting both of my parents, and under challenging circumstances including COVID, caregiver shortages, and an (at times) noncompliant patient. It was such a relief to have skilled, friendly, intelligent, conscientious caregivers who came on time. This was even more impressive given the difficulty of finding employees. My Mother and Stepfather have been receiving care for the past few years from Homewatch CareGivers of Chapel Hill. I, nor my siblings live in town and when it came time to have to get extra help for them in the home, my Mom and her husband had concerns and I did too honestly. Well, no one needed to worry. The caregivers from Homewatch have been wonderful. When I visit my Mom, I see that their caregivers are not only doing their job, but are truly fond of my Mom and Stepfather. There are several of the women that I feel like are part of our family. It definitely gives you peace of mind knowing that your loved ones are well taken care of.

As a college student, they were very flexible with me as far as scheduling/ other accommodations.
