I can't thank homewatch caregivers of Lewisville enough. I needed help for my family right away and Jessie and TJ found a wonderful caregiver that started the very next day. Anna is patient and sweet caregiver and really knows what's she's doing.

Jessie and the team at Homewatch are total pros who really care. I contacted them to help my Mom take care of my Dad, and Jessie took the time to make her feel comfortable through the whole process, even with difficult topics and decisions. The home care attendant who helps my Dad is compassionate, supportive and has earned my Mom’s trust, which was critical. Thank you so much!

Jessie and her team were amazing! They found the perfect match for my mom, who needed some extra help with showers, mobility, she has a bit of dementia and lunch outings (basically, an extra set of hands and eyes). The caregiver was kind, attentive, and made my mom feel like a queen. Jessie made everything super easy—no surprise charges, and the prices were refreshingly reasonable. My mom’s in Canada now, but the minute she’s back, we’ll be calling Jessie again. Highly recommend—your loved ones are in great hands!

After having triple bypass surgery, I needed some short term assistance in my home. I contacted Homewatch Caregivers of Lewisville and had Jessie came by to evaluated my needs. A few days later an exceptional young woman named Jessica showed up at my home. She was cheerful, friendly and eagerly took on the tasks I needed help with each time she visited including cleaning, shopping and helping me organize my home. Everyone I came in contact with from day one delivered an extremely high level of customer service and support.

We were referred to Jessie when we were looking for part time care for my grandma. Jess was great with matching grandma with staff to her personality and hours that fit her schedule. Flexible when we needed to increase hours and days, great communication between staff and family. This isn’t an easy decision or process to begin but the staff became an extended part of our family. They all treated and cared for her as if she was their grandma and that meant the world to our family.

I can't recommend Homewatch Caregivers enough. My son is a quadriplegic and requires a significant amount of care. He is also currently 1,000 miles away from home and the only care givers he's ever known. Homewatch not only stepped right in but also solved problem after problem without batting an eye. I simply believe that clients are treated so much more than just clients. My son, in their care, is their son and first and foremost a human with dignity. The team is amazing. The owner is amazing. She and her manager Tijuana have coordinated caring and competent in-home aid for my mother, always working with us to accommodate varying days and times of service. We needed a home health option for my father n law and the VA recommended this company. He has had many strokes and change is hard for him so we were naturally worried. The transition to home health was super easy using this company who understands his needs not only physically but actually cares emotionally. We always feel TJ and Jessie are always a phone call away with updates. My father n law is so happy that he gets to keep his independence because of this awesome service. Kim his caretaker is awesome.
