We are beyond grateful for the incredible care and support our family has received from Homewatch Caregivers of Fairfax. My son’s caregiver/babysitter Ana has been nothing short of wonderful — compassionate, patient, dependable, and truly dedicated. She treated my son with genuine love and respect, always making sure he felt safe, comfortable, and happy. It gave me such deep peace of mind knowing he was in such caring and capable hands. I want to give a very special and heartfelt thank-you to the manager KELLY, who is truly the heart and soul of this organization. She went above and beyond in every possible way, always doing everything she could to meet our needs. Her flexibility, understanding, and kindness were constant — anytime and all the time. No matter the situation, she was responsive, supportive, and genuinely caring, always finding solutions and making things work with grace and warmth. It is rare to find someone so professional yet so deeply human and compassionate. She made us feel heard, valued, and supported at every step. Her dedication and beautiful spirit made an enormous difference for our family, and we will always be thankful for the care, effort, and love she put into everything she did. I contacted Homewatch Caregivers shortly before an operation in Baltimore. I live in Burke. Kelly Lee, Director of Client Services arranged for a caregiver from Fairfax come to Baltimore, pick me up at hospital, go to my hotel for the night then drive me home the next day and stay and watch over me doe another day. Pricey BUT well worth it. I was unable to find anyone else to do what they did. Then Kelly, herself, came to take me to a doctor appointment, maybe an mile away and brought me back home. In addition to all of this, I then had my own personal chauffer(caregiver) take me back to Baltimore for a follow up appointment, Approximately a five hour round trip excursion. All in all a most excellent company, caregivers and ESPECIALLY the Director of Client Services, Kelly Lee(and she really knows how to use the text messaging app. Five stars is nowhere near enough.

Our caregiver, Mercy, was an extraordinary human who helped us through an incredibly difficult time for our family. I cannot recommend Homewatch CareGivers highly enough.

Homewatch Caregivers have been taking care of me for the last few months! They are excellent to work with. They always do their best to accommodate my schedule changes due to my numerous Doctor appointments and have a caregiver ready to assist me. Thank you Homewatch!
