Meet Julie Rastogi, Director of Client Services at Homewatch Caregivers of Morris and Bergen. Julie is deeply committed to understanding the unique needs of each individual and family care needs, starting from initial consultation through the ongoing care, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and efficiency. Her focus is on open communication and providing trust & support to create a positive and supportive care journey for our clients.

Meet Dana Sackmann RN, our dedicated and compassionate Director of Nursing. Dana has almost 20 years of experience providing high-quality nursing care to a diverse population of patients. Dana began her nursing journey as a staff nurse and has worked at some of New Jersey's most prestigious medical centers. Dana brings a wealth of nursing skill and knowledge to her leadership position with Homewatch Caregiver's. Dana understands the importance of seeing each person as a unique individual and creates customized tailored care plans to meet each client's changing needs. Dana believes in using a collaborative approach between caregivers, family members, and the nursing team, to ensure each client reaches maximum independence in the comfort of their own home. Dana is passionate about patient advocacy, patient education and is committed to improving patient outcomes through effective teaching and support. Dana always strives to build positive and trusting relationships with her clients and caregivers. Dana currently holds a registered professional nursing license in the state of New Jersey. When not caring for patients, Dana enjoys spending time with her husband Mike, and their two daughters, Cali and Mackenzie. Dana is a huge fan of music and is a self-taught musician who plays the guitar and piano. She loves discovering new musical artists and seeing live bands perform. Dana is also passionate about sports, movies, the ocean, and binge watching her favorite series on a rainy day.

Meet Elaine Wetzel, Registered Nurse with Homewatch CareGivers of Morris and Bergen. Elaine believes that everyone deserves to receive compassionate and personalized care in the place they feel most at ease-their own home. For 49 years, Elaine has had the privilege of working with individuals and families, providing support and skilled nursing care tailored to their specific needs. Her goal is to not only provide excellent care but also to build trusting relationships with her clients and their loved ones. Elaine is honored to be a part of a team that prioritizes the well-being and independence of their clients.

Ann’s education started with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Management. After approximately ten years of working for large and small corporations she decided to change course and pursue a career working with people with special needs. Ann then received a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology. After approximately three years in special education, Ann was offered an opportunity to continue her education in the field of behavior analysis. Ann has been a Behavior Analyst since 2008. She has experience working with people with special needs ranging from 2 years to older adults. Ann is passionate about empowering individuals to reach their full potential and achieve meaningful outcomes within their home settings. Her expertise in behavior analysis provides a valuable resource for our clients and their families in the local community.

Kathryn Cerciello boasts an impressive background with over 25 years of diverse experience in the healthcare industry, underpinned by her extensive expertise gained over 8 years in the insurance division of the Home Infusions community. With a deep-seated commitment to excellence, Kathryn meticulously oversees the company’s operations and onboarding processes, ensuring that all practices align with the ever-evolving landscape of regulations and industry standards. Kathryn's dedication to quality is unwavering; she places a strong emphasis on cultivating satisfaction not only for clients but also for employees, recognizing that a happy team is vital to delivering exceptional service. Her passion for high-quality service is evident in every aspect of her work. Kathryn firmly believes in nurturing robust, respectful relationships between caregivers and clients, which she fosters through close collaboration with her team.
