**Job Summary:**
We are seeking compassionate NJ certified Home Health Aides to provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes in Morris county.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide meal preparation and assist with feeding when necessary
- Support clients with mobility assistance and light exercises
- Administer medication reminders under the direction of a nurse or healthcare professional
- Perform household duties including light housekeeping and laundry
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Document care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in home patient care.
- Knowledge of dementia care techniques and understanding of HIPAA regulations
- Familiarity with medical terminology and basic caregiving principles
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to help others
- NJ Certification as a Home Health Aide (CHHA)
- DRIVER LICENSE
