Pamela Landers is the Administrator for our agency. She oversees the clinical aspects of client care, including initial assessments, care plan development, and ongoing training of our caregivers.
She is a licensed practical nurse and earned her B.S. in Healthcare Administration. She is also a Certified Assisted Living Administrator for the state of Florida as well as a past board member of the Chamber of Commerce.
A strong patient advocate, Pamela has 14 years of experience in the home healthcare industry as well as 12 years as an Executive Director in retirement communities to include Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.
She has one son (go Noles) who is a golf professional and she resides in Pompano Beach. Pamela enjoys cooking, golf and travel.
