We have used Homewatch CareGivers in Meridian, ID for approximately 3 years now. Our current caregiver, Eliza Campoverde, is friendly, helpful, attentive, and sensitive to the needs of my wife, whom she cares for. When we have needed her to stay longer, she has willing done so. When we have needed her to transport my wife for an appointment, she has done so willingly and carefully. This is appreciated, and she has been careful with our vehicle in doing so. I believe that every company runs into an occasional situation where the provider becomes unavailable to provide care on a particular day because of becoming ill or other emergency situations. When this has occurred the company has let us know on a timely basis and has worked diligently to find a replacement caregiver. These replacements have also provided quality care. I believe I must have went through every caregiving organization and Skagit county and can never quite be satisfied with with the people that I received so I went without a caregiver which was very hard on me until my my supervisor at told me about you guys so I tried you and it's been a year now and I've never been so satisfied your people are so professional and I love all my presents at Christmas time I've gotten to I got the wall clock so I absolutely love and I didn't have a clock so that was just perfect for me and it does so many wonderful things and then this year I got the throat blanket and I can't sleep without it I just love it thank you so much and happy belated Christmas and New Year to all of you and I'm glad that I have my caregivers she's wonderful I often tell her that I have to have her sign the commitment for him saying that she'll never leave me she just laughs but she's just perfect her training is great she has to professionalism really wonderful company and still didn't hurt or maybe it was just a bonus all for both of us for all of us well have a great day and I'll be texting you again next year thank you Happy New Year

Outstanding service so far this year !

After a long and sometimes difficult journey trying to find the right home attendant for my dad, we finally found the perfect fit — and it has made all the difference. The attendant genuinely talks to him, listens to him, and treats him like a human being, not just a patient. The level of care, professionalism, and compassion has exceeded our expectations. This experience has brought our family so much peace of mind, and it has had a meaningful impact on my dad’s quality of life. We are deeply grateful for both the attendant and the company and highly recommend them.

Tina, our caregiver has all of these traits. She has been like family to Tom and I. I don't know what we would do without her now. We give them 200%!

Wonderful caring individuals. Twice when we had to be away for several days my 98-year-old Dad received the kind and tender care we hoped for. He was so pleased with Susie and Kelsey. Professional, efficient, excellent communication. I called and they came immediately to help my mother in hospital. Then transitioned to rehab then home.
