After a long and sometimes difficult journey trying to find the right home attendant for my dad, we finally found the perfect fit — and it has made all the difference. The attendant genuinely talks to him, listens to him, and treats him like a human being, not just a patient. The level of care, professionalism, and compassion has exceeded our expectations. This experience has brought our family so much peace of mind, and it has had a meaningful impact on my dad’s quality of life. From the beginning phone call to scheduling and the caregivers I couldn't have felt more relaxed and supported with my decision to reach out to them. My recent experience with HomeWatch Caregivers was superior in every way. The office staff was responsive and extremely reassuring that they could provide home care to my 74 year old sister who was being discharged from the hospital. She was extremely weak after months of being in pain and having 2 surgeries within a few days of one another plus a bout of pneumonia. We needed coverage for several days so 2 different home health aides were sent on different days to meet our needs. Each HHA was skilled at providing care for assisting with bathing, toileting, household duties such as laundry and putting fresh linens on her bed. More importantly there was an attitude of willingness to do whatever was needed for her comfort and well-being. They respected her specific wishes which were many. Our entire family is grateful to the superb care given to my sister from HomeWatch Caregviers. I can enthusiastically recommend them to everyone in need of home care.
I highly recommend Homewatchers in Haddon Twp. My Mom loved the Caregivers that visited her during her stay at a Senior facility. The Caregivers are professional, dependable and very compassionate. They are truly Angel's.
I use this service weekly for my 90 year old mother. The staff is professional, attentive and quick to help me with anything that concerns me. They go over and beyond to help me find suitable staffing for caring for my post stroke, bedridden mother who is a handful in herself. I also have a daughter in my home who is chronically ill so they need to be aware of her issues also for many reasons regarding mealtime amongst other things. They take charge of all of my concerns and work out the details professionally. I would highly recommend this agency over many others that I’ve tried.
