A graduate of Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management with an MBA, he has advised Fortune 500 companies and led high-growth businesses across multiple industries. As a former Principal at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), he led large strategy and operations projects. Most recently, he built and scaled a successful Texas-based power retail company before transitioning into the home care industry. As the Owner & CEO of Homewatch CareGivers of Houston Galleria, Serhat is committed to delivering exceptional care and service to families who expect the very best.
Andrew Harris
President & Owner
Andrew Harris is a native Houstonian who’s passionate about healthcare. His journey was shaped by caring for his father, who was disabled in a refinery explosion, which inspired his career in nursing. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Medical Branch, Andrew honed his skills in high-pressure environments like the Neuro ICU at Houston Methodist and as a charge nurse at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. Andrew’s leadership in nursing and passion for improving the lives of the elderly led him to own and operate a home care business. With his expertise in nursing and a focus on top-quality care, he is committed to raising the standards in the home care industry in Houston.
Chandeep Sharma
Care Manager
With over 20 years of dedicated experience in the senior care industry, Chandeep has built her career around advocating for seniors and ensuring families receive the highest quality of care. She is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and has spent two decades in Houston serving hundreds of families through her expertise in client care management, operations, and leadership. Chandeep’s career has spanned nearly every facet of home care, beginning in supervisory and scheduling roles, advancing into client care management, and ultimately serving as an Alternate Administrator. In these positions, she has overseen client intake and assessments, developed and implemented personalized care plans, and ensured ongoing quality assurance and satisfaction for seniors and their families. Her deep knowledge of regulatory compliance, state audits, and staff development has made her a trusted leader in the industry. Known for her compassionate approach, Chandeep excels at building meaningful relationships with clients and their loved ones, listening to their unique stories, and guiding them through each stage of the care journey. She has also been instrumental in training and mentoring caregivers, equipping them to deliver care with both professionalism and empathy. As Care Manager and Alternate Administrator at Homewatch CareGivers of Houston Galleria, Chandeep continues her vision of setting the gold standard in home care. Her leadership ensures that every client receives personalized, dependable, and compassionate care. Outside of work, Chandeep treasures time with her husband and two children. Willa Grace Keys
Human Resources Manager
With over 30 years of experience in caregiving, healthcare, and business, Willa has dedicated her life to supporting others. She began her career after earning a degree in Business Administration and became a certified phlebotomist through the Lyons Institute. Willa spent more than two decades as a CNA, all while caring for her father as a devoted caregiver for 16 years.After relocating to Houston, she successfully ran her own physical therapy business for over 10 years, then worked at Quest Diagnostics as a phlebotomist for 8 years. In 2017, Willa joined the founding team of Homewatch CareGivers of Houston Galleria and has been instrumental in building its strong foundation.As HR Manager, Willa oversees the recruitment and training of our caregiving team, ensuring every client receives compassionate, high-quality care. Known for her dedication and deep knowledge of the field, she brings empathy and heart to everything she does. In her free time, Willa enjoys gardening, planting, and cooking.
Charles Moreton
Operations Manager
A native of Houston’s Tanglewood neighborhood, Charles is dedicated to enhancing the lives of others through personalized, compassionate care. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science Studies with a minor in Business Administration from Baylor University. Charles began his career at Greystone Communities, a leading manager of senior living communities, where he gained valuable experience in marketing, operations, and client services. This foundation informs his commitment to delivering tailored homecare solutions that respect the unique needs of every client.Outside of work, Charles enjoys golf, exploring Houston’s culinary scene, and traveling.
Glenda Lewis
Care Coordinator
Glenda is a compassionate professional who is deeply committed to serving the elderly community in Houston. She holds a master’s degree in Education from Texas Southern University. She started her journey at Homewatch Caregivers as a caregiver, where she quickly developed a strong connection with the clients she served. Her natural compassion and dedication to helping others along with her academical background led her to the role of Care Coordinator, where she now coordinates caregiver assignments, ensuring each client receives the personalized care they need. Outside of her professional life, Glenda enjoys traveling, spending time gardening, and diving into home remodeling projects.
Daniela Dominguez

Daniela is a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in customer service and operational efficiency. She joined Homewatch CareGivers with a deep commitment to supporting both caregivers and families through clear communication, thoughtful planning, and responsive care coordination. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and experience working with international teams, Daniela excels at streamlining workflows, solving problems, and providing compassionate, reliable support to clients and staff alike. She believes that behind every great caregiver is a system that sees and supports them. Outside of her professional life, Daniela enjoys long walks with her dog Bruno, exploring new tools to improve daily life, and building a home centered on calm, order, and integrity.

Mariana is an experienced bilingual professional with over eight years of expertise in customer support and client relations. She joined Homewatch CareGivers with a strong passion for helping others and ensuring that every caregiver and family receives timely, compassionate, and efficient support.With a background in healthcare coordination and hospitality, Mariana excels at communicating across cultures, managing complex workflows, and creating positive experiences for both clients and teams. Her approach blends empathy, precision, and adaptability to keep operations running smoothly.Outside of work, Mariana enjoys relaxing with her coloring books and helping manage an online art community. She finds joy in building spaces where people can express themselves, connect with others, and find a healthy escape through color, creativity, and friendship.
Elpa Droogleever
Quality Assurance Specialist
Elpa has a Bachelor of Nursing degree from Central Philippines University. Her 47 years of ER and ICU active nursing practice with 27 years total working for Hospital Corporation of America facilities included 14 years at The Woman’s Hospital of Texas. As a retired nurse, Elpa enjoys assisting our clients as our Quality Assurance Specialist. She enjoys and has traveled extensively with family and friends.
Madison Garrison Bush
Business Development Manager
Madison Garrison-Bush is an experienced healthcare professional with a deep commitment to compassionate, quality care. She has over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in business development, team leadership, and relationship management. Before joining Homewatch CareGivers of Houston Galleria, Madison served as a Hospice Regional Manager for a growing home health and hospice company, where she led a team of 25 professionals, overseeing business development and census growth across Texas. She has also held senior roles at a large hospice company where she managed a multi-city team of sales representatives, consistently surpassing growth targets and achieving "Employee of the Year" honors. Madison’s passion for caregiving runs deep, having served as a caregiver for her own mother, who battled Multiple Sclerosis. This personal experience drives her commitment to providing the same high-quality care for her clients that she would want for her own family.Outside of work, Madison is an animal lover and proud dog mom to five dogs. She enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and finding new ways to make a positive impact in her community.
Irma Sapon
Office Assistant
Irma is originally from Guatemala and is bilingual in Spanish and English. She has a secretarial degree from Escuela de Comercio, E.N.C.O., in Quetzaltenango, Guatemala. Irma is an active member of Church of God and enjoys cooking, friends and her large family in both Houston and Guatemala.
Ellen Moreton
Advisory Board Member
Ellen has a BA degree and is a paralegal. Her retail career with Macy’s was in the sales, management and buying divisions. There, she developed a strong commitment to customer service, which later became a cornerstone of her work in caregiving. After raising their two children and volunteering extensively in the community, Ellen sought a meaningful way to combine her passion for service with her professional skills. In 2017, Ellen and her husband Sam founded Homewatch CareGivers of Houston Galleria, creating a highly regarded home care agency built on compassion, professionalism, and trust. Under their leadership, the agency grew quickly, establishing a reputation for exceptional client care and earning recognition in 2025 as #1 in Houston and #7 nationally. With the joy of becoming grandparents in 2024, Ellen and Sam transitioned into Advisory Board positions where they continue to play an important role in supporting the agency’s mission. Sam Moreton
Advisory Board Member
Sam Moreton holds both an MBA and an engineering degree and built an extensive executive career in the energy marketing industry before entering healthcare. He became interested in serving the elderly while serving as a board member at Holly Hall, a local retirement community in Houston, and decided to pursue the home healthcare industry as a more meaningful career change. In 2017, Sam and his wife Ellen founded Homewatch CareGivers of Houston Galleria, completing extensive training and becoming licensed in the State of Texas. With their vision, and alongside a dedicated office staff and outstanding team of caregivers, they established the agency as one of Houston’s most trusted providers of home care. Their leadership and commitment to quality helped the agency earn recognition in 2025 as #1 in Houston and #7 nationally for caregiver excellence. After becoming grandparents in 2024, Sam and Ellen chose to step back from day-to-day responsibilities and move into Advisory Board roles. In this capacity, Sam remains closely engaged, offering another layer of personalized support to local families and helping them find solutions for their caregiving needs.
