Chandeep Sharma is the best home care manager I have ever worked with. She helped me with my wife. To me, she focused on personal care as opposed to a generic general care. I felt my wife was in the best of hands. She also exudes a happy positive attitude. That kind of attitude support is very important for the patient and the family.
They have an amazing team that are both caring and compassionate. They provide well qualified help for my neighbor and she loves them. I would highly recommend them.

I just wanted to share how great our experience has been with Homewatch CareGivers of Houston Galleria, because honestly they helped us more than we even expected. We were nervous about finding home care at first, but they made everything feel easy. The people there are just… good people. The caregivers who came to our home were gentle, patient, and actually paid attention to what my loved one needed, not just what was written on paper. Nothing felt rushed. They helped with the small things around the house, talked with my mom, kept her comfortable, and they were always respectful. It didn’t feel like a service, it felt like support. And the office staff checked in every now and then just to make sure everything was going fine, which honestly gave us a lot of peace of mind. We’re in the River Oaks area, so having reliable senior care this close by has been such a relief. If someone is looking for home care that feels genuine and not cold or scripted, I’d definitely say give them a try. They really made a tough time easier for our family.
