The aides that come to care for blind english speaking patients need to speak good english and not need Google translate to communicate. They need to be able to read english. They put anyone with a pulse on the job at the patients risk. I had an aide leave before she took my mother to the bathroom or feed her. It is unsafe! I have a video but I am unable to upload.
