Just wanted to brag on this godsend of a company. We have been using Homewatch for about 2 months for my father. They matched the caregiver perfectly with him. I have never felt anything but comfort/calm when she is there with him during the day. She is so detail oriented, keeps me updated (if needed), knows his likes/dislikes and become an actual friend to him. HIGHLY recommend them if you need care or companionship for a loved one.
Allison was joy to work with, she was kind, understanding, patient, easy to interact with . Everyone at home watch was great to work with from Stacey and Jessica to the scheduler and even the billing department were easy to work with. Highly recommended
HomeWatch has been a gift to our family. You can feel that there is care in how the business is run and that the people (staff and patients are the priority). We've been working with Cindy who has been a lovely support to my brother. The agency prioritizes health so when the aid was sick, the agency sent over another great aid who fit in easily with my family. The fact that the aid called off and the agency had the care and staffing to send someone else, really speaks to how well run this agency works. Big kuddos to all!

Chandra is a lovely person. Compassionate and patient. She has been a blessing to my sister along to her caregiver her husband.
Courteous, respectful, and attentive. My caregiver Cheryl was very friendly and made me feel relaxed and comfortable.
I've used other homecare companies, but Homewatch CareGivers far blows the competition away. Chandler is who takes care of my needs so that I am able to work. When she is here in my home, I trust that she will respect my space. I am truly blessed to have her and Homewatch Caregivers in my life.

Thank you Homewatch CareGivers. We have never used a service to assist with my husband who is a quadripligic when we travel out-of-town so this was a first for us. I must say we were a bit apprehensive, but if we were going to meet our first grandchild we were going to need help. The office staff made the arrangement process a breeze and that was wonderful but there was the anticipation of who would they send to help us. Well, Cindy showed up and it was like we had known her all our life. She stepped in to assist my husband with such ease and comfort. We could not have asked for a better person to help us and we look forward to visiting the Florence area again soon and getting Cindy to help us. Thank you for making the trip to see our first grandchild possible.
These caregivers are great. They arrive as scheduled; they are attentive, skilled and imaginative. We have used them for more than two years. Stacy B is our primary caregiver and is particularly helpful with my wife. Recently, we have also used Nancy on alternate days during the week. Their skills complement each other.
Stacey Y. has been the caregiver for a family member of ours for several months now and we love her. She has fit right in with our family and you can tell she loves her job. I can’t say enough about the entire team and staff from HomeWatch. In a time where everything was overwhelming and crazy, they were calming and so reassuring. Trish was one of our care takers and she was so kind when I was a mess. I can’t thank her enough. Would absolutely use them again and would recommend to any of my friends.
Stacey Thornberry completed an interview with my mother to select a compatible caregiver. Stacey then arranged another meeting with my mother and the selected caregiver, Julie. My mother has appreciated and enjoys the time Julie is in the house. She looks forward to Julie’s next visit.
