About Us
In 2000, I became a primary caregiver for my grandparents for 2 years. It was a very rewarding experience to be able to be there with them during a time when they needed me. I also hired 24/7 care for them, as they both needed care and wanted to remain in their home. I was able to experience firsthand the challenges that caregivers face and also the decisions that need to be made when a family member wants to remain in their home. I was able to help them age with dignity.
Throughout my career, I have worked in hospitality and childcare as a Human Resources Manager and Office Manager. I love helping people, and also love to employ staff. I love connecting people and working with them to turn a job into a career. I have been known to have a zeal and passion for motivating people to excellence and bringing joy to a rainy day. I have been told by many that my smile is contagious.
More than anything, Homewatch CareGivers of Northern Kentucky, knows that inviting someone into your home as a caregiver is an important and difficult decision. We strive to ensure that the home care provided is nothing less than what we would expect for our own family members which is why I have partnered with Burke Personality Assessments. Each caregiver will complete a profile so that we are able to learn personality traits for easier caregiver matching with our clients.
If you or a loved one needs assistance in the home with daily activities such as a falls risk consultation, help with safely bathing and grooming, medication reminders, or other non-medical home care, please give us a call today.
