This organization was a godsend to us when we sorely needed it. Everyone was kind and compassionate that I dealt with, the caregivers especially were gentle and loving. The caregivers were prompt often arriving early and did an excellent job for us at a crucial time in our lives.
The home health caregivers are excellent. They give excellent care and are ALWAYS willing to help. Many times I have found I have needed help with no advanced notice, meaning within minutes and they always help. I am so incredibly appreciative of all of them. Highly recommend.
Very helpful adgency , pleasant caregivers, dependable, flexible in our changing hrs, using aids both day & nite, peace of mind to have extra help when family members are exhausted from giving care to both mom & dad!!!
Just wanted to brag on this godsend of a company. We have been using Homewatch for about 2 months for my father. They matched the caregiver perfectly with him. I have never felt anything but comfort/calm when she is there with him during the day. She is so detail oriented, keeps me updated (if needed), knows his likes/dislikes and become an actual friend to him. HIGHLY recommend them if you need care or companionship for a loved one.
Allison was joy to work with, she was kind, understanding, patient, easy to interact with . Everyone at home watch was great to work with from Stacey and Jessica to the scheduler and even the billing department were easy to work with. Highly recommended
HomeWatch has been a gift to our family. You can feel that there is care in how the business is run and that the people (staff and patients are the priority). We've been working with Cindy who has been a lovely support to my brother. The agency prioritizes health so when the aid was sick, the agency sent over another great aid who fit in easily with my family. The fact that the aid called off and the agency had the care and staffing to send someone else, really speaks to how well run this agency works. Big kuddos to all!
