Care has always been at the center of my life, long before it became a business. I’ve always been drawn to work that allows me to support others in practical, meaningful ways especially during moments when trust, patience, and consistency matter most.
With a background in business management and psychology, I understand both the structure behind quality care and the human experience at the heart of it. Those two perspectives guide how this company is built and how our services are delivered every day.
Raised in a bicultural home as a first-generation Mexican American, I learned early how to navigate different needs, values, and expectations with respect and adaptability. That lived experience shapes our approach to care , one rooted in cultural understanding, empathy, and the belief that no two families are the same.
This business was created to provide the same level of care I would want for my own family: thoughtful, dependable, and genuinely personal. Our goal is to support individuals and families with services that honor dignity, independence, and the trust they place in us.

What drives me is simple, people deserve real support when life gets heavy. I’ve spent nearly a decade in healthcare building relationships in high-pressure environments, and I learned quickly that families don’t need more talk, they need leadership, speed, and follow-through they can count on.
That background shapes how I run Homewatch CareGivers every day. I hold a high standard for communication, caregiver quality, and consistency. When a family trusts us, my job is to make sure they feel informed, protected, and supported, with a care plan that’s clear, dependable, and handled with respect.
I’m also focused on raising the bar in home care through technology and AI. Used the right way, it strengthens coordination, improves accountability, and gives families better visibility into what’s happening at home, without losing the human connection that makes care feel personal.
