This review will be for our 2nd time using Homewatch and I must say this time was much better than the first. The caregivers were very patient and believe me, the patience was very much needed. We were able to use the same caregivers 90% of the time and that was helpful. The only recommendation I would like to pass on would be to listen to the family when they tell you how things had been done prior to and try to follow that routine. While caregivers have different ways to do things, we are asking for assistance with a routine that has already been in place and works with our situation. But other than that, I very much value the caregivers and their professionalism, courtesy and patience. Thank you.

Homewatch CareGivers has been a Godsend for the care of my parents. Our own CareGiver is patient enough to deal the sometimes complications situations they come with caring for the elderly. The Homewatch corporate office staff has also been very effective in addressing family concerns, as they respond aggressively to deal with issues. It was difficult for my parents to accept that they needed in-home care support. Chandra has been amazing. She came to my parents’ home to meet with us and walk us through the process and what to expect. The in-home support has been a huge help for my folks and has provided great peace of mind for me.
