Homewatch has been a blessing for our family. Both my parents are struggling. Their wish is to age at home. My goal is to honor my parent’s wishes. The HomeWatch team has made this possible. After considering several agencies, we selected Homewatch CareGivers of Glendora to support our loved one, who requires hospice care. While we ultimately chose to place him in a board and care home because of the level of care needed, I was very impressed with the professional knowledge, authenticity, responsiveness and personalized attention of the staff: notably Monique, the Care Coordinator, and Nick, the owner. We are blessed to have one of the many exceptional caregivers, Maria Garcia care for my father who is dealing with Alzheimer’s. Maria is so patient and has a genuine warmth towards my father. Maria also has a deep understanding of Alzheimer’s disease and the way that she engages with my father in conversation is very impressive.
