⸻ After enduring three back surgeries, two brain surgeries, a total shoulder replacement, and now preparing for a total knee replacement, I can honestly say that Homewatch has been a true lifeline for me. In some of the hardest moments of my life, they were right there—reliable, caring, and committed. Knowing I had a team I could trust gave me peace of mind when I needed it most. As a disabled veteran, I was deeply thankful that Homewatch accepted my VA benefits. That alone lifted a huge burden from my shoulders. I have partnered with Homewatch Caregivers since January 2024 after a tragic event with my elderly parents. They have been instrumental helping me with providing my parents with the care they need to stay safe and happy.

We use Homewatch once a.week for a shower for my husband. We cannot say enough good things about him and look forward to his visits.

I am a first time user of this company, and the service was OUTSTANDING!! The staff took care of my arrangements and stayed in touch with me to confirm my needs. Even the owner Tim delivered OUTSTANDING customer service and didn't push it down to his workers. That's a sign of a great manager. This is a two part review: 1) We are fortunate and truly blessed to have Nii as my husband's caregiver. My husband is retired military with a strong personality and has opinions and preferences so it takes a very special person to understand that it's not personal, just a desire to meet his needs. Nii is the very best my husband has had and we can't say enough about his skills, patience, gentle demeanor, humor, punctuality, thoroughness, attentiveness, trustworthiness, etc., etc. Our list of observations can go on and on! Thank you, Homewatch CG, we hit the jackpot with Nii! 2) We also wish to send our appreciation to Audrey Johnson and Linda Perry for knowing and understanding each client's needs and their personalities then working tirelessly to match a caregiver to their client. It's a difficult and thankless job and we wish to recognize that fact. Again, many thanks to the entire team at Homewatch Caregivers for making clients and assigned caregivers their top priority. When my father had a stroke last year, the hospital referred me to another service to help with his care. I found that service to be unreliable, non-communicative, and inconsistent. It was a terrible experience. Then, I thankfully found Homewatch Caregivers. Homewatch has been nothing but attentive, communicative, and concerned right from the start! I never have to worry about my father’s care and that has taken such a load off of my shoulders. I highly recommend this service. They are caring professionals who deliver outstanding service!

I am very happy with the services I have been provided! My home health aides are friendly, compassionate and attentive. They go out of their way to make sure I am comfortable, and all my daily needs are met. They are very flexible, so making modifications to my schedule is quick and easy.

We have been served by HomeWatch home care approaching three years and we have NEVER been disappointed! Whether we telephone or drop by the office with a question or request, HomeWatch meets our needs! Audrey, Linda and Deverance comprise our “team” and they are superb problem solvers! Our health needs are changing this year, and they have worked patiently to help us adjust. I am truly grateful for the caring professionals at HomeWatch, We had to request additional help over the past weeks. The HomeWatch team (Audrey is our care manager) found competent and caring additional assistance in short order! I cannot imagine how we would have handled the.changing needs without the support provided. The staff in the office are capable and very patient when I call. Thank you to all.

Homewatch was the perfect place to get the help I needed for my father. I needed help taking care of my father for a month while he was living with me. I can’t tell you how much we loved the help we received. My father has Parkinson’s and his mobility is limited. The care giver, whose name is Paulina, was amazing! She came before her scheduled time on each visit and developed such a great relationship with my father. She bathed him, took him for walks, ironed his clothes, made his bed, arranged for his food and had great conversation with him. She was an Angel and having someone like her to care for my father was something I will never forget. Everyone at Homewatch from Tim the owner to all the staff were so kind and understanding and worked with me on any schedule changes or additional needs. I hope to employ their services when my father visits next!

My 93 year old mother fell on July and sustained numerous fractures. She needed immediate 24X7 care. I met with Ed Ware and he took over and found competent and caring support for Mom immediately. He was in constant contact with me for the 2 months during Moms recovery Bottom line is that HomeWatch was a God Send to us. I will hire them again when needed, and strongly recommend the company for anyone who needs their services. I have complete faith and trust in them!!

Very happy with the support I received, and will definitely call them the next time I need help. In particular, I liked the fact that they had no half-day minimum.

I have used several home health services and this is the most responsive to your needs that I have found. The owner of the company came out to do the initial interview with me. Aides are on time and the few times they are not they call and let you know. If you call the company for any reason someone either picks up or calls you back promptly. Aides are well trained and eager to learn how you want things done. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help at home.
