I appreciated how caring and supportive everyone was throughout the experience. They’ve taken care of my father for a while now. Homewatch Caregivers helped us tremendously with my in-laws when we needed it most. They sent help within the hour when help was needed outside of scheduled tours. Nicholina was a godsend for us. She truly became part of our family. Her work ethic was above and beyond. Carla was also very special, my father in law really liked her. She went above and beyond. Grace was always super helpful. She made sure we received the attention and care we needed. They are well equipped to handle challenging situations with Alzheimer’s and dementia patients. The cost was also reasonable in comparison to other comparable companies. Thank you for everything!
Great company
I moved to Bakersfield by myself, and I don't have family, friends, or a car. I needed to go to the doctor. So, I called Homewatch Caregivers to help. A caregiver arrived and promptly took me to my doctor's office. The caregiver stayed for my appointment,drove me to the pharmacy. I was ordered a colonoscopy.She assisted me in preparing my first dose and reading the instructions for the procedure. Great, I had help! For the colonoscopy, I needed the service again. The care giver arrived early, I made the appointment on time. She waited during the procedure, and helped me back to the car, because I had anesthesia. I don't know what I would have done without her. I got home safe, the caregiver helped me into my bed clothes and secured the house. Thank you so much!

The staff is caring, hardworking, and always willing to help. Communication has been excellent, and I truly appreciate how responsive and professional everyone is.
