Their caregivers are non-medical, but the professionalism is clinical-grade: safe transfers, attention to hydration and skin, and the judgment to flag a change in his baseline early. Tania and her team treat my dad with a dignity you can't train into someone. The office also guided us through his VA benefits and long-term care insurance, which took a real weight off our family. Between the two benefits, most of my dad's home care ended up being covered — the benefits he'd worked his whole life to earn — and he could feel proud using them. But the biggest thing they gave us was peace of mind. From the way they hire, train, and lead their caregivers, we trusted this team completely. The home care my dad receives is respectful, reliable, and genuinely compassionate. My siblings and I can go to work every day knowing he's looked after with the same attention and love we'd give him ourselves. I can't recommend them enough — especially to any veteran's family trying to figure out how to get the home care their parent deserves.
