HomeWatch has amazing caregivers that truly care about your loved one. They become like family.
When my husband was put under the care of hospice, we brought him home from the hospital and arranged for Homewatch to provide caregivers. Every person who came to help us was exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. They knew what to do without being asked, including every aspect of keeping my husband comfortable. They stepped in to do laundry and dishes. They were on time, well trained, and provided our whole family with comfort. I could not recommend Homewatch more highly.
I had a very positive experience with this company, which was my first for caregiving services. Kathryn was extremely helpful and shared invaluable information with me about my Mother's case based on her experience. We required 24 hour care, and the team of caregivers did not disappoint. Rosalind, Nana, Juliet, Francisca, Mary, Theresa, and Juliana provided excellent and tender loving care. Tina, the go to person in the office,, was also outstanding. Even when we had to cut back on services, Homewatch worked with me and provided the support I needed to make the best decisions for our circumstance. I highly recommend this company.

We've used caregivers from 2 different agencies in the past. My husband has some very specific needs as a result of a traffic accident. Neither of those agencies would give me a consistent caregiver which required training a new person almost daily. I decided I might as well do it myself and have for the last 2 years but I'm getting older and have my own medical issues. When I first found out about Homewatch, I reviewed their website and was very impressed and was more impressed after our initial meeting when we discussed our needs. We now have a consistent experienced caregiver. She is prompt, gentle with my husband while encouraging him. She also sees things that need to be done without my direction. She has a delightful personality and is great to have in our home.
We cannot say enough to express how grateful we are for the caregiving services provided by Homewatch Caregivers. Near the end of 2021, Mom was losing her battle with cancer, and hospice at home was the final stage. We had Gilchrist Hospice which provided wonderful nurses and medications to help with the process. We found that this service was excellent at the clinical side of care, but what was needed was someone to come and sit with Mom a few hours a week to give us a break. We tried two other highly recommended caregiving companies, but unfortunately, the pandemic relief funds encouraged caregivers to stay home. Many just started to work for us, and then suddenly did not show up, or were so overworked that they were ineffective. Thank God that we found Homewatch. Kathryn Parks (owner of the company) is amazing and she brought her A-game. She evaluated what we needed and sent us Elizabeth Evans. She is an angel that is reliable, loving and compassionate. She took good care of Mom when we needed a break. Interestingly, Homewatch also has nurses on staff. We were blessed to have Miemie come and evaluate Mom and find extra ways to make her more comfortable. She was absolutely the most loving, compassionate nurse we have ever seen. If you are looking for caregivers to take good care of your loved one, Homewatch is the answer. They listen carefully to your needs and will find the perfect fit. We finally got a little time to relax and recharge, knowing that mom was in good hands.
I had a double mastectomy this past August and needed in-home care post surgery. My intake process was simple and thorough. I was provided staff that was trained for any complications that could occur with my recovery. The staff was very caring and compassionate and took good care of me. I would definitely use Homewatch CareGivers again. I highly recommend them.
As my 86 yr old Mother was being discharged from the hospital, we were told she could no longer live by herself. This all happened on the 4th of July. We were frantic trying to make arrangements for a caregiver. All our concerns went away after contacting Homewatch CareGivers ! I called and from day 1 have had a wonderful experience with everyone I've dealt with. They were truly devoted to doing what was best for my Mother. They completed their assessment and care plan and have been advising me of any necessary changes. They even made suggestions on how to improve my Mother's quality of life. They are very quick to call if necessary and very responsive to our requests as well. Everyone at Homewatch CareGivers is professional, knowledgeable, flexible, pleasant and caring. They are always truly concerned with what was best for my Mother. My family has been extremely pleased with their care and I would highly recommend them.
