The billing is straightforward, honest, and easy to understand, no hidden fees or surprises. Most importantly, they have taken exceptional care of my mother as she recovers from a fractured back. Homewatch was a wonderful organization to work with. They were so responsive immediately to my requests and the constrants and had someone in place the next day. Any time l called l was able to speak to someone, unlike other providers who never answered the phone. I highly recommend them.
