This agency is as professional as they come from our experience. The process to get them started was easy and smooth. When it came to the care they provided my Aunt with Alzheimers was nothing short of incredible. After the first week I was at easy with her care despite being a few states away. My Dad and sisters would check-in while they were there and all of them were extremely pleased. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Our family recently needed 24 hour care for our mother. Homewatch Caregivers of BCS filled that need beautifully. Lisa and Phil, the owners are very hands on and are such caring individuals. The caregivers were all patient and well trained. We will not hesitate to use them again should the need arise.

Jessenya is serious about her job it seems to me that she does her homework on the client. She came in and knew what to do. She didn’t need to be told. She’s a very good employee.

From the very first phone call, I was impressed. I called Homewatch CareGivers of Long Beach and Torrance not really knowing what kind of care my family member needed or how any of it worked. Crystal walked me through it — what level of care actually made sense, and a schedule built around when he genuinely needed support. That schedule made all the difference for him, and it finally gave our family some rest. Then they went further. They helped us discover that my employer offers a back-up care benefit I had no idea existed, which covered part of the cost. She also recognized that my family member likely had a long-term care insurance policy from his years as a longshoreman — a plan we didn't know he had. Between the two, care became affordable in a way we never expected. Leowin kept the scheduling running so smoothly we never had to think about it, and the caregivers were the best part. Tiana, Maria, and Ola were each excellent, and each brought something different and special. They were clearly well hired and well trained. Care was delivered exactly as it was supposed to be — never a breakdown in communication, never a lapse in service, never a scheduling problem. In-home care or back up care in Long Beach or Torrance, or trying to figure out how to pay for senior care using long-term care insurance or employer benefits, call this them! They know what they're doing and they genuinely care.

Ron and his team at HomeWatch Caregivers were a godsend to my parents. He was so attentive to our needs - and the caregivers were kind, compassionate and professional. We had excellent care from Homewatch CareGivers of East St. Paul for my dad these last few months. The owner and manager is exceptionally caring and has high expectations for all of her caregivers. As with any home care agency, some aides are better than others, however, it was easy to find personalities and talent that matched our needs. The registered nurse is experienced and conscientious. Billing is simple and transparent. I trust this team completely for all aspects of home care for my loved ones, and can recommend them unconditionally.

They were well trained. They treated him with dignity. I felt completely comfortable handing over care I had been providing myself. My caregiver Dawn and my Nurse CeCi are two exceptional women. Dawn helps me with everything around the house and CeCi ask me the annoying questions that truly helps me better my health.

I have nothing but good things to say about Homewatch. Joe Harington is great at handling all our needs. Professional, friendly, punctual, an all around good guy. The minimum of one hour is good as are heir hourly rate. Highly recommended!

My family and I appreciate Mrs. Helen and nurse Cece. Mrs. Helen always go an extra to make sure my grandfather is well taking care of. He sit and talk to him after she finishes her tasks. Mrs. Cece comes once a month or every other month she make sure he is good. I will recommend and refer them both. Very professional, compassionate, at all times and go over and beyond to provide care. They both always acknowledge him to make sure his care is 💯 % a success. They always ask what can we do better to provide excellent care. He always said nothing because you already provide excellent service.

The staff at Homewatch Caregivers REALLY listen to you, making you feel heard and valued. In addition to being patient, understanding, and genuinely willing to help. Started using Homewatch CareGivers of Canton for my husband the beginning of June 2026. Maggy Joseph-Paraison, the owner of the agency, came to my home and we had an in depth interview about their services and how they would work for my husband. She started immediately sending homecare workers even though we still had to go through the process of having the Long Term Care insurance approved. Other agencies didn’t even accept the insurance or weren’t willing to work with me during the process of approval. I’ve mostly had one caregiver since we started with occasionally having some others fill in when needed. There’s always someone in the office to answer my calls if I have questions. I can’t say enough about how I feel God sent Maggy and her agency into my life to meet my husband’s needs. I highly recommend Maggy and her agency, Homewatch CareGivers to anyone seeking home care for themselves or family members.

Our family needed last minute 24 hour care for our father in hospice. They worked hard to supply the help we needed. We worked with Cynthia, Oumou, Elizabeth, Nathan, Ruba, Harriet and Dominique on a regular basis. Our family was so grateful for the compassionate care they gave him in his final days.
