Our experience was watching my father. They sent out good people that were knowledgeable and willing to do the extra things to provide good service. I do recommend reading the contract. So you understand because businesses have things and rules and they have to follow them. Especially in the healthcare industry.They absolutely did Their job with a smile took great care of my dad showed up on time and stayed until we did not need them. I would highly recommend them for a family member again. A++

Home Watch Caregivers are great. My dad is 90 years old and they take really good care of him. I appreciate all that they do. They are a little pricey, but it’s worth it. They are very knowledgeable and they call when things are happening in real time. If you’re looking for someone to take care of your parents, give them a call. They will work with you.

Even though I didnt need these services in the end. Stephanie made me understand the services she could provide for my Mother. She even gave me a resource directory which as of today I have meals on wheels through the kennth young center and someone from Age Guide reaching out tomorrow for a community care program.

I have had help from Homewatch CareGivers of East St. Paul for 6 weeks and I have had really good people to assist me with all of my needs. If one person couldn't make it, they always had someone to fill in. I felt very comfortable with everyone who has helped me. They would do all the tasks I needed done. They went above all my expectations. Everyone was very easy to communicate with. I would recommend Homewatch to anyone.

Homewatch Caregivers of Bakersfield is such an amazing company. The staff and caregivers do such an outstanding job. The care they provide for your loved one is above par. They work with your schedule and are available at all hours every day of the year. I do definitely recommend this company!

I moved to Billings in June and unfortunately fractured my humerus. I needed help with showers and rides. I contacted Homewatch and met with Randy and Emily. They were both so helpful, concerned & made me feel so comfortable. Saige has been helping me with my showers and little things around the house! She has been a godsend to me. She is always on time and so helpful. Sue has been driving me to my PT appointments since I can't drive yet. She is also always on time and so nice to visit with. They both feel like new friends! My experience with Homewatch has been wonderful. I highly recommend them for any home care needs. They work with you to help with all of your needs!

This company and their care givers were fantastic in my time of need for my dad. They had care givers to me on short notice that stayed with my dad so I could go home and sleep. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

Homewatch CareGivers of Longmont offers extraordinary in-home care for family members who need assistance to remain living at home. The Homewatch team provided expert care for our elderly mother living with dementia. Kate spent time getting to know Mom's interests, habits, and health requirements so that she could create a meaningful care plan and match Mom with the perfect caregivers to fulfill that plan's goals. Hayley worked tirelessly to ensure that the schedule met our family's particular necessities and that shifts were covered as planned. The assigned caregivers were compassionate, skilled, and patient as they met our mom's ever-changing needs. They supported Mom with such tasks as bathing, dressing, eating, exercising, and entertainment. The caregivers' genuine concern and professional expertise greatly eased our family's responsibilities so that we could return to being husband and daughters, not full-time caregivers. Our family was so fortunate to have Stacie, Bella, Natalia, Cami, Christine, Norma, Skiler, and Stella support us through this difficult time.

My 50 year old brother has Down syndrome and we are very blessed to have his care team from Homewatch Caregivers of Bridgewater. He is nonverbal and lives with my elderly parents in Bridgewater. Due to their own health issues, they are no longer able to provide the proper care that he needs. They cared for him his whole life until December 2025 when he no longer wanted to get up and leave his room, which we later discovered was due to them forgetting to give him his thyroid medication. I was beside myself and was fortunate enough to have a friend send me a link Homewatch Caregivers of Bridgewater. I called on a Sunday evening and Nina, who runs it, immediately put me at ease. She came to my parents’ house the next day and met with us to discuss a care plan for him. My parents are very old fashioned and never wanted anyone to come into the house to provide care, but Nina put them at ease right away and they agreed. Even though it was right before the holidays, she provided temporary caregivers and on January 2nd, she put a permanent team in place for him. We have one caregiver for the morning shift and another one for the afternoon, as well as one on the weekends. They treat my brother like family and I, along with my parents, love them. His morning caregiver, Maxine, gets him up, showered, and ready for his day. She makes sure that my parents give him his medicine and because he has a tendency to stuff his mouth when eating, she sits with him for breakfast and lunch. If I need to bring him to an appointment, I can count on her to have him ready. My parents rely on her and respect her care. His evening caregiver, Sherly, is so good to him and treats him with such dignity. He brightens up as soon as she arrives. She makes sure that he gets to the bathroom and then brings him into the living room with my parents so that he doesn’t just lay in his room. She colors with him, brings him outside, cuts his dinner up so nicely and ensures that he doesn’t put too much in his mouth. She makes sure my mother gives him his evening medication, gets him ready for bed, brushes his teeth and even shaves him once a week. I know I can really count on her if he has a special requirement from the doctor. My parents adore her and they also look forward to seeing her each evening. I can’t say enough about how fortunate we are to have them and how grateful I am for them. I highly recommend Homewatch Caregivers of Bridgewater without any hesitation.
