The leadership behind Homewatch CareGivers has an incredible reputation in the Omaha community, and that matters tremendously when you're talking about trusting someone with the care of a loved one. Andrew is someone I've gotten to know personally, and he's the kind of person I would feel comfortable trusting with my own family. Great people, strong leadership, and a team I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Keryssa Harrison is the absolute best and has been a godsend to our family! She goes above and beyond her duties. She encourages my elderly husband to do his daily physical therapy exercises. She even went to the extent of logging them, helping him track his progress and achieve his goals, especially with his balance, strength and walking. Not only does she provide assistance with his Activities of Daily Living, she's become a great companion and friend. Keryssa helps so much around the house and with Tom that I'm comfortable leaving him in her care, and have been able to go back to the office on a full-time basis knowing he's in good hands and is safe and being well cared for. The caregivers here were absolutely amazing! They were so kind, attentive, and helpful throughout my entire 24-hour recovery period, always showed up on time, and made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I’m also so grateful to the person who helped me find them because she was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful with everything from start to finish. Homewatch Caregivers recently cared for me for 8 days 24 hr shifts each day after my Recent knee replacement surgery. I met with CEO Ron who came to my home and explained the whole procedure as to what to expect from my helpers. He was extremely helpful and honest about everything that I was to expect. This was very helpful and encouraging as this is the first time I’m dealing with outside help. The helpers they sent me were very professional and caring and went above and beyond their duty. When not caring for me they would do things around house to keep busy - laundry, arranging shelves in my kitchen, organizing my linen closet. And at the same time making sure I was comfortable and in need of anything. I can’t say enough good things about Homewatch Caregivers. Home Watch has been very responsive and insuring that all of my caregiving needs are met. They are very easy to contact and get a quick response. Jocelyn, my caregiver performs all of her duties with high professionalism and and completes all of her tasks very well without supervision. Jocelyn is also very friendly and looks for more work in the time alloted.

Working with HomeWatch Caregivers has been a joy and a great experience. The staff (esp Jeanine and Hayley) are professional, courteous, and customer service focused. They take the time to get to know the client and the client's needs and to meet those needs.

I chose Homewatch Caregivers to care for my family member because they had good reviews. Nina sent me a form to fill out on what we needed and was able to provide aides to us within two days. Maria, the nurse, took a thorough medical history and wrote up a plan of care. The aides Shawn and Ella were kind and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed by Homewatch Caregivers' professionalism and thoroughness. I highly recommend them.

Makaela from Homewatch has been so good about really understanding what our mom needs to feel comfortable and get the support she needs in her new reality of not driving and living alone. I feel good knowing I can reach out with questions and input and she made a point of making time to meet me when I came out for a visit. Her choice of caregiver was spot on and my mom went from being unsure about outside help to looking forward to her visits from Lynn. So glad we found Homewatch!

Homewatch has been amazing to work with. Hayley is so helpful with the schedule and listens to all of your needs and does her best to always accomodate them. Jazmyne and Andrea my aunts caregivers are awesome, they are both so caring and love being with her, my aunt has given them nicknames which they like and we laugh about. I can't say enough good things about them. My aunt will be 100 in December and has bed bound for 2 years and they always put a smile on her face when they are there.
