This technology allows for virtual home care visits, during which a care specialist can monitor the person’s condition and observe for signs that intervention is needed. Virtual calls also serve as critical touchpoints, giving the caregiver and client opportunities to socialize. These regular conversations can mitigate social isolation and feelings of loneliness.
