Mark Jorrey with Home Watch in west Fort Worth has been a godsend to my brother and me at a time when we needed additional help for my brother who was needing home health care. Mark is very caring, honest, and will even go out of his way to help you during a crisis situation. He has advised me in detail what Home Watch will do for you or a loved one. He pays close attention that any service they provide will be done by a caring and competent person. I have already experienced bad service from another company since now my wife needs care and we do not live in the Home Watch area (Mansfield). Ready to move just to be in his company's area! Worked here for awhile. As a dedicated CNA of 12 years I was highly impressed by the professionalism and efficacy of this company. Not only do they handle problems on a day to day basis like it's nothing, but they do it with grace and candor. Truly one of the best companies I've worked for.

The Care givers were very helpful and offered to do anything I required. There respectful attitude put you at ease. It was a joy to have them in my home.

Used for a few weeks of post op (rotator cuff) care including hygiene, laundry, simple meals, simple cleaning, etc. Really great experience and would recommend. I was assigned Segun and was very happy.

I cannot say enough to express our family’s gratitude for the immediate response and action we received in our hour of need for services. Matthew was so kind and compassionate, meeting me within a few hours after my call requesting help. Our meeting at my home put me to ease immediately at a very stressful time. He was so professional, calming and thorough with the intake process. Thereafter, he had his staff at my home within an hour to care for my mother-in-law. Naomi and Jeanette are true professionals who provided the necessary immediate care she needed with professionalism and compassion. They respected both her dignity and extreme level of pain while performing the many necessary care giving tasks required. Jeanette arrived early the following day and immediately got to work assisting my mother-in-law and ensuring she had each task completed thoroughly and carefully. She is such a kind, gentle and caring caregiver. I cannot say enough about my recommendation for Homewatch Caregivers of Bakersfield. Should my family ever require services in the future, Matthew will be my first call. We went from being completely overwhelmed to being put at immediate ease with confidence once we met and saw what this staff can do. They were definitely angels in our hour of need. Thank you all so very much. Our gratitude will last a lifetime.

I can't say enough about Diane . She was there when I needed help and also helped me attain independence. She helped me take showers, walked my dog, cleaned my kitchen and made me lunch. She did anything I asked her to do, with a cheerful face and smile that lit up the room.
