I can tell that there are things that are not clean, even though some of the Caregivers say they are. On the whole, though, I am grateful for them.

Recently, my Boise brother-in-law had his third bad fall in several years of declining strength. But this time he broke his neck and required a cervical collar for at least three months. I had been living with Dennis and my sister Judi to lend a hand but she and I were already fearful that we couldn’t keep him safe and now the doctor said ‘any more falls could prove fatal.’ When we shared our own failing strengths, the doctor recommended HOMEWATCH and they came right away. They interviewed us, assessed the house for the safety features we had added and carefully assessed Dennis. Then they matched us with the perfect caregiver, Kimberly, to help half days to help dress, feed, oversee exercises, routine medications and give my sister respite five days a week. Kimberly graciously shares the benefit of her training, experience and knowledge of techniques, gadgets and equipment that will ease all three of our lives in the months and years ahead. Homewatch has provided other human and service resources and we feel secure that they will stick by us for the long haul. The night terrors are less and less frequent.

There have been several caregivers here and I like each one. However, one person decided without saying anything to me to make a couple of changes. As a result I had to change things back to the way I wanted them to be. Having fallen on 3 different occasions it is somewhat of a burden for me to move to get things back to the way I had them. I spoke to Susan about this and she graciously took care of the problem. I now have one of the best caregivers in Kelsey and she is a gem. She asks about different things and we are most congenial. I would like to continue having her to help me. Also, I want to commend Katy because she is a gem to me as well. Both of these caregivers do very well here and your company is fortunate to have such good persons on your staff. Thank you so much. If I am able to continually have these 2 ladies you will have and are having a thankful client.

We love every caregiver that comes to our house. They are very good to our son. They have become like family to us.

Very friendly and helpful. We were late getting Homewatch CareGivers into our home. We were only able to use them two weeks before we had to place my mother into assisted living home. I which we would have used them sooner and possibly my mother would have been able to stay in her home for a while longer.

Gentle, friendly staff who were punctual and attentive. Very pleasant company to work with.

Upper staff are warm, friendly, and professional. HR, coordinators, scheduling, and the management team all share the same warm and welcoming tone, even in their voices!

We used Homewatch CareGivers for my 89 year old mother (Nana) from February- October. We started with caregivers coming to her home 4 hours a day. Within a week Nana was happier and more engaged. The caregivers were compassionate, kind and truly professional. In October, Nana declined rapidly, and it became apparent that she needed 24 hour care, with Hospice support. The team at Homewatch selected caregivers that were specifically experienced with this phase of care. These wonderful women were so kind, tender and compassionate not only for Nana, but for our entire family. Nana was a strong woman with steadfast love of The Lord. The caregivers were also strong believers, praying with us and supporting us the entire journey. On October 27th, the caregiver and I were praying Nana up to The Lord as she took her last breath. I will be forever grateful to the Homewatch team.

Thanks to Homewatch, my aging parents have been able to stay at home. Both my mom and dad really enjoy having Katrina W. help in their home. They have developed a trusting friendship and it eases my mind when I cannot personally be there. Thank you Katrina for being so kind to Carl and Jane.

While my brother was local to my dad handling day-in, day-out activities and interactions with Homewatch, I also had the pleasure of meeting some of the caregivers when in town. Over a 3+ year span, one caregiver Tina, seemed to go over and above not just with the usual daily care activities, but with her compassion and sincerity, something my dad recognized and appreciated. Great organization and people.
