My wife Rachel and I have lived in the North Tustin community for 20 years. We have three wonderful kids that are very active in sports, extracurricular activities and have attended the local schools. After spending over 20 years as a company “soldier” in the healthcare industry, it was time for a change. After much research and due diligence, we made the decision to open a Homewatch CareGivers office, serving Tustin and Irvine. This was an ideal situation for us and has given us an opportunity to give back to a community that we live in and love. What better way to give back than providing home care services and being an integral part the healthcare continuum? -

Having taught elementary school for 26 years, it was time to try something new! Rachel is excited to be a part this Homewatch CareGivers adventure. Much like teaching, she finds that a business that utilizes quality care to produce compassionate relationships, dignity and independence in our own community is inspiring. Although the health care industry is new to Rachel, swapping roles from teacher to learner to caregiver has been a welcome, seamless transition. -
Stephanie Punzalan

Stephanie comes to Homewatch CareGivers with a wealth of knowledge in the senior care industry. She graduated in 2013 with her bachelor’s degree in Sociology and has been working with seniors ever since. With integrity and compassion, she enjoys implementing seamless processes and best practices to ensure that our home care aides are empowered with knowledge and training to best care for our clients. Stephanie was born and raised in Tustin and continues to live down the street from our local office with her husband (Aris) and son (Leo). Feel free to say hello at the next chili cook off or concert in the park. -
Nicole Diaz

Nicole has over 11 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She graduated from Cal State Fullerton in 2016 with her bachelor’s degree in Health Science. The majority of her duties throughout her career have been focused on overseeing patient support services in Home Care, Home Health & Hospice. With a wealth of knowledge in coordinating patient care, Nicole joined the Homewatch CareGivers of Tustin team in November 2020. She is providing support to our caregiving team, ensuring they have the proper knowledge and training needed to provide high quality care to our clients. Nicole has lived in Tustin for over 20 years and loves living in the community she serves.
